Everyday, Justin was here to get his crew started. These guys are some of the hardest workers we have seen. They put in long days, and did an amazing job. The entire crew was professional and trust worthy. <br /> <br />

Ben Kloos had been here putting fertilizer down and noticed that our landscaping could use a little bit of freshening up, so had Jen (their account manager) email me with a bid prepared with his suggestions. This made my day, as I was already contemplating the need to hire this work out since I hadn't gotten to it yet and knew I probably wouldn't anytime soon. The price was right and I knew they would do a good job with the work. Within just a few days they had a crew here, work was done, and my landscape looks fabulous!

It went very well. We have a yearly contract and they treat the lawn summer, fall, spring. The service was professional. I would recommend this company over others as the prices are competitive. The company is local and family owned which makes the service more personable. A good thing is that they have their own employees and do not contract the work out to private contractors. Great lawn service. After the service is done they leave information at your door regarding watering the lawn and mower height for hot summer days. They also leave information about not to let pets on lawn for 24 hours. <br />

It took a little while to get it scheduled because I wanted to know approximately how much extra it would cost to have them install the mulch, and there were many emails & phone calls back & forth before I could get the answer to that question. Once I determined that we would install the mulch ourselves, the scheduling was very quick & easy. It was nice that I didn't have to be there to receive the mulch. On the phone, they asked which side of the driveway I wanted it to be placed. I laid out a tarp that morning in the area of the driveway we discussed, and when I came back from work that afternoon, the mulch was in a big, beautiful pile on the tarp. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that there were a few big sticks in the mulch that hadn't gotten chopped up, but you find that in bags of mulch, too. I have a photo, but can't figure out where to put it.

The crew was very professional and courteous. We thought about moving but our landscaping is so beautiful I don't want to leave. They went over and above my expectations. Justin always returned calls and addressed any concerns I had. Justin was a pleasure to work with. <br /> If I ever have another project I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

We hired Kloos Kutters to remove snow from our condo association property. They consistently arrived late in the day which made it difficult for everyone to get to work. We terminated their contract and were told to please reconsider them in the future because they were hiring more people. Two years have passed and we decided to give them another chance. Two phone calls for an estimate later, we have yet to be contacted. Obviously they still need more people. <br />

First of all, this review is LONG OVERDUE! <br /> I called a couple of days ahead of time based on the forecast of snow. Spoke to Ben. He was very kind and thorough. Set me up for an appointment on the forecasted snow day. I was not a recurring client, so I was very pleased he could get me in with his and quot;regulars.and quot; <br /> The team showed up as scheduled that day and in MINUTES had my drive, walkways and stairs <strong>cleared</strong> of all snow. They did a FANTASTIC job and I will use them again for sure! <br />

My husband was unable to get our snow blower started and the snow was piling up. We called the company and in less than 24 hours they had the driveway blown and the sidewalks cleared. We weren't even a regular customer but they went all out to get us cleared quickly. We will definitely use them again next year!

A group of parents from our school hired Kloos Kutters to provide snow removal service for one of our teachesr as a Christmas gift this winter. They have been super friendly to our teacher when they are at her house, they are timely, do a great job, have excellent prices and are great to work with. When I was looking for someone to hire I called a few places to get price quotes. Kloos Kutters was one of the few places that actually called me back within a day of me leaving them a message, and if I remember correctly they called me back the same day. I have called a couple of times with questions and they always call back right away. If I were getting snow removal service for myself I'd hire them in a minute!
