Scott is professional, prompt, courteous and did a good job. Fair price as well. I will call him back when it's time for window cleaning again.

Very polite, professional, great value for the price. They worked really hard and took no lunch break or phone calls. Not an easy job and I would hire Scott again in a heartbeat. In fact, I have already hired him to come back out this week to pressure wash my two driveways.

Scott and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the chandelier located in the foyer of my home. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and I will be using their services again.

The service was fantastic. The team was quick to respond to my inquiry and they were able to promptly schedule the service. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. My windows were a mess as we are in a new subdivision with lots of new construction. They took their time and the windows look fabulous. I intend on utilizing them every six months for window cleaning maintenance.

Absolute horrible experience!!! First of all the communication was off. He was supposed to call me Thursday to set an appointment up. He never did and instead showed up to my house at 10:30am which was completely unexpected. But that's not the worst of it. He also appeared to have two young kids working with him. He told me that his original crew was busy so he had to bring some family members with him. Right away, I was dismayed by this whole process but I proceeded to work with him anyways. Everything just got worse after that. The owner (Ramon Scott) didn't really seem to be interest at all in my project. He was on his cell phone most of the time not even supervising the work from his employees. One of his employees, the boy actually got up on the roof of my house (without any supervision at all from the owner) and started trying to pressure wash!!! I was shocked and scared to death. I immediately told him to get off the roof you're not suppose to be up there. Easily the most horrible experience I had with anyone on Angie's List. Then throw in the fact that my window screens weren't even clean. They didn't take the screens out to clean them! They also took the alarm sensors off my windows so now I have to get my alarm security system re-installed. This was a terrible experience I had with this company. I don't see how they have 15 reviews with an "A" rating on Angie's List. I ended up paying $340 for this type of service. Please be aware of this company.

Went well. Scott and his crew were very professional and timely. 14 windows, inside and out, were done within 40 minutes!!!! Amazing!!!! Will surely use again in the fall.

I can finally see through my windows! Each window and screen was cleaned by hand. They were on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. After work was done we did a walk through to make sure everything was cleaned to my satisfaction! Great work!

Two people showed up on time. I got a quick on the spot quote and they started. I was very happy they took the storm windows out and cleaned all 4 sides that make up each window. All 20+ windows cleaned in less than a day made me super happy. They did a outstanding job cleaning some windows that had not been cleaned in 20 years!

It was a good job but I was shocked by the total price inc windowsills. $480 vs $350 for same in Suburban Chicago. Also one mini blind cord got twisted up by the assistant and I had to pop the window to get it loose. On the other hand the owner Scott was very kind and stayed in touch w me as I had a long wait before it could be done. He’s trustworthy and neat and fair re window count. We get windows done twice a year so the price does make a difference. I’d negotiate the next time. With the assistant they were in and out in about 2.5 hours on 2500 sq ft house.

He was very prompted, courteous and professional ensuring that I was satisfied with the services. He was able to remove all of the dark spots from my siding that I thought would never be removed. My house looks brand new, I just wish I would have called him sooner. I have received so many compliments from my neighbors. I would recommend his services!
