"Good morning, Mrs. Marge I am not understanding how you sent in such a terrible review about the work that was done in your home when I did specifically explained to you, that I was the owner and I had a female worker before I brought her in you said it ok, and also had my own cleaning supplies from the supplies as well as the supplies for use in your home in which you wanted your carpets vacuumed and kitchen floor mopped you chose to use your own supplies and vacuum . I also explained that I will not allow my worker nor myself to move anything such as any televisions to anything that could be broken in any home I have cleaned I really do app"
