My roof looks cleaner than it ever has. Nothing growing on it, even 7 months after the treatment he put on it.

Prompt and punctual and polite. It was a small job, but Larry got right on it. I remember the eye rolling and condescension i received from another roofer a few years ago when i needed a small job done, They did the job but i never called them back. i called Larry instead. He already had good reviews on Angie's list and he fulfilled my expectations. <br />

Larry explained to me why the roof was leaking. The material the roofer used was the wrong type. The previous roofer used composite shingles, but the roof on my carport has a very mild slope, so it needs to be covered with a tar roof. Larry charged me less for this good roof than the sham roofer charged me over ten years ago. Angies list was not around back then. Larry also did some work on my house roof a few months before this work. i need to find my receipts so i can write a review about that. <br />

I called Overall Improvement on New Years Eve to try and deal with a nagging roof leak. Larry was able to come the same day and make a minor repair to hopefully save me money. (I was really glad he didn't automatically suggest a completely new roof like another company I had take a look) <br /> Unfortunately, the next rainfall proved that the substrate would have to be replaced in the affected area. Larry did a great job and even took good quality pictures of the process for my records. The repair looks seamless! I've been dreading the rain for the last couple months due to the leak; now I can't wait to see how it holds up when the rain returns! <br /> Larry goes out of his way to ensure you understand the problem and will work hard to give you a fair price. In addition to being a great value, I really appreciate the fact that he shows up on time and gets back to you via phone or email when he says he will. <br /> If you need some exterior work done, I highly recommend you give him a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it. <br />

Larry did a great job. The porch cover is at the end of its usable life and was in pretty bad shape, but we are hoping to remodel in the near future and didn't want to spend a lot of money repairing it. He came out and doused it with mastic and caulk and managed to cure more leaks than we thought he would be able to. <br />

They did a great job at a very reasonable price. The owner Larry Pratt was a working superviser. His crew consisted of more experience roofing professionals. They clean up very well...like they were never there. The quality and workmenship was excellent. The one area that I think could have been done better was the trim pieces...it appears some roofers install it and other don't. Larry didn't I reommend that he go that extra step. I would hire Mr. Pratt again and I would recommend him to my closest friends. Great guy, trustworthy and does a great job.

These guys are incredible!  Larry, from Overall Improvement, called me immediately.  He visited the next day for an estimate and actually temporarily repaired the damage areas to prevent further water damage. Communication and timeliness were stellar. The price was more than fair and the quality impeccable.  In fact, they were able to exactly match the existing roof.  You can't even tell it was ever damaged.  I would hire this company again in an instant and I will certainly recommend them to everyone I know!
