Troy did the job right the first time. He is very helpful and honest. The price to replace my garage door was very reasonable compare to other pros. His customer service is very good. He communicates clearly and respond to questions quickly. I was amazed at how fast he replaced my garage door. Troy is very experienced and dependable. I'm very happy with his work. Excellent job, quick, courteous, and clean fix!

Troy and Bobby did a quick and efficient job replacing the spring system on my garage door. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes and took the time to explain everything to me. At $299 + tax. they charged me less than half of all other estimates I received. I highly recommend them.

Troy was quick to respond, knowledgeable & pricing was fair and reasonable. My PROBLEM is with Angi's website services. I asked for a FEW pros to call & immediately a few dozen garage door specialists called me all at once, REPEATEDLY. They were very aggressive. I started to receive texts an appointment had been scheduled or they were coming to my home, even though I never spoke to them. It became scary. Troy escorted me to my car to ensure I could safely leave my property because I thought I saw a truck "lurking" around. The only technician I spoke to other than Troy quoted me a price double that of Troy, just to program a garage remote door opener. Price gouging. It's been several hours I'm still receiving calls. Sometimes I answer my cell to tell them "no thank you" & they won't take 'no' for an answer. I am OVERWHELMED by Angi's process. This process has been handled highly UNPROFESSIONALLY by Angi's list. Where are the boundaries? I won't be using this website again.

I would only recommend Troy for all your needs! Troy is very, very, very helpful and honest. While other people on the site gave a ridiculous amount to fix my garage door opener. Troy explained everything to me and the price was absolutely reasonable! If I have anymore jobs that need to be done, Troy will be the first person I contact. He is absolutely awesome!

Troy did a fast repair, he explained what I need to watch out for and out of my other quotes, he did the job for 1/3 the cost of my other quoters. Surprisingly I was told by one of the other quoters " "is that without installation?". But that was everything. made a request through Angi's for a garage door repair person. I requested 3 quotes but got well over 20 phone calls, emails and texts from various companies throughout California. Most were not local and were very aggressive. They would not take no for an answer. Through it all, we ended up contacting Overhead Troy of Sacramento because he was a local, owner operated company that checked all the boxes. He was clear on his prices and did a great job on the installation of a garage door opener, springs and wheels. This new stuff is so quiet and the app has really cool features. This company also installs new doors and when we decide to change ours, we will be contacting them. I found Troy and his staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and clean. We will continue to use and recommend them to others.
