Jay is a really great guy. Very personable and professional. He got back to me promptly and Arrived right on time and did a great job servicing my two garage doors with all new hardware including rollers, springs and pulleys. His price was excellent and more reasonable than the 5 other estimates I received from other garage door companies which is why I went with Jay. Plus he lives near to me and I prefer work with people that are local. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for service or installation of a garage door.

Exceeded expectations. Was friendly, polite and most importantly- on time. Worked neatly. Answered all questions. Demonstrated and thoroughly explained how to operate & maintain unit. Definitely satisfied with his work. I have the Craftsman unit. It lights up when you enter the room and works off the app on the phone!

The owner, Jay, was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He came out quickly to replace my garage door motor and went above and beyond by taking the time to program the keypad and both car remotes, which I greatly appreciated. It went great. Jay contacted me on New Years Eve. I was really surprised that he contacted me that late afternoon. Overheadz Garage Doors was the only company to contact me on that day. Jay was able to come January 2 at the time I asked and gave an estimate. He was able to complete the repair in under an hour on that very day. He was very professional and gave a fair price to complete the job. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done on their garage door.

Went very well. Jay diagnosed the problems quickly. He replaced the rollers on 1 door and sensors on the other. Both doors are working fine now.

I was absolutely thrilled with the responsiveness and diligence with which my garage door repair was completed. I had the pleasure of dealing directly with the owner who was courteous, knowledgeable, proficient, neat, expedient and very fair with his prices. I own a fair amount of real estate and use Overheadz Garage Doors for all of my garage door (repair, replacement garage door openers) needs. I would not call anyone else. Great company with a terrific owner / operator.

Jay hunter quoted me his price after I sent him pics of my garage. He immediately recognized the problem from the pics and suggested I replace the outdated springs that aren't even made anymore. He was there the same day and completed all work and cleaned up. He also replaced all the old rollers and lubed all parts.Very very professional and a real nice honest guy WHAT a PLEASURE to do business with. The whole job was about four hundred bucks and he was there like he promised at the price quoted and no BS additional charges. We are extremely satisfied with his expertise and sense of humor. Great job Jay
