Over the Moon Cleaning

My wife and I had been traveling and very busy with work for about six months. Our prior cleaning company had closed due to lack of help. A friend of mine said they knew someone starting up a new company looking for clients. I got Samantha’s number and called her that afternoon. I was a bit concerned because the house was in such a state of disarray that she would pass on the job. Instead unphased, she scheduled a time for a deep clean the following week. I left for work the morning of the clean cautiously optimistic, when I came home the transformation was astounding. It was very clear she took pride in her work and went the extra mile to get the house in proper shape. I’m no longer concerned about friends stopping by unannounced! She is now our regular cleaner coming every week. She is trustworthy, punctual and works efficiently. Samantha was excellent- professional and punctual. She was able to rearrange her schedule to fit us in after we closed on our house. She worked within my budget and prioritized the areas I asked her to. The job went a few hours over as one of her cleaners couldn’t make it but Samantha stayed until everything was completed.
