We had a damaged roof from a lightening strike. I hired OTR to evaluate and repair the roof. Set an appointment which was missed by them, but not without a phone call and apology. the whole experience including pricing was seamless and quality of repair was perfect

The office did a fantastic job with scheduling and handling of paper work to include estimates and contracts. The worker that was sent to my house did a great job and conversed with me regarding HOA sensitive decisions.

provided the highest of 5 bids but reduced to the midrange did not communicate well enough on dumpster being left on premises and when it would be removed ; provided best material product from independent research by us

The work they did seems good, but their organization as a whole was terrible. They had to rescheduled me 3 different days (not because of weather) Then I found out that they installed the wrong underlayment materials, after the fact. It's been 2 weeks since they have finished and I'm still waiting for them to repair a couple minor items that happened during the re-roof. Nice guys, but I would not use them again or recommend them

Work well with veterans. Good price, hard workers. office staff very helpful and always there to answer questions. Based on info received from other companies. I went with this company. The office staff kept me informed of the progress, worked with me be cause of a vacation. Arrived at my home. completed the re roof in one day.

I am very please with the quality of work performed. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor. Only one complaint: the workers didn't sweep the yard well with the magnet to pick up nails and staples even after the 2nd complaint. I was told by the owner that the workers would be coming out again to sweep the yard and that was two days ago. I have yet to see anyone. Meanwhile two of us have stepped on a staple and I'm reluctant to have my dog in the yard.

They were on time and had it finished in less than 2 days. I know this always possible, but the total bill was exactly what the estimate was. Helen was terrific to deal with; everyone was pleasant.

This team of folks is very knowledgable, helpful, and willing to work the customer. I am out of town, and they ensured I knew everything, every step of the way. These folks were also the cheapest estimate and even talkedme through some insurance questions...not their job. VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE, and I will use them again when in need of repairs.

Great company, could do a little better on returing calls. Owner needs to follow up on project more often.

This company works quick and efficient. We had the roofs to three houses next to one another replaced. The work started at 7:30 monday morning and finished by friday evening.

I would enthusiastically recommend over the top. They were very easy to work with. If there is something they could do better is to make a cleaner installation. The crew did not cover our vegetable garden or shrubs. As a result we had nails, shingle pieces and such in the shrubs. Greg, Jim and Helen are a great team. They have integrity and honesty.You ca debris in the garden n trust what they say.

I can�t say enough about Over the Top Roofers. Jim Braddy came to my home and explained the GAF product to me in detail including leaving informative brochures for me to read on my own. He answered all my questions and there was never any �high pressure� to buy the product. Gregg Bovich was very thorough he and the rest of the crew started the job on time and did everything to get the job done in three days. Gregg did a great job living up to the company�s name. I had a ten panel solar system which had to be reinstalled. The solar company damaged shingles on the new roof and when I called Gregg to tell him, he came right over to confirm what I saw. He said the shingles had to be replaced and sent a man to replace sixteen shingles the next day. I would highly recommend Over the Top Roofers to anyone and feel Jim, Gregg and their crew did a great job start to finish.

The roof job it self was completed as scheduled. The quote was the best out of three including Sears and Home Depot. The material used was of the highest quality and it looks great.All in all I would recomend over the top for price and for the manner the job was completed. We only had one issue witch was taken care of . They did miss an appointment after the job was complete to resolve the issue, however it was later taken care of.The release of lien took about 6 weeks.

Although we are not ready for replacement. Over the Top Roofers were honest and so very courteous. They will be our choice when the budget allows.

Great contractor. Started job when they said they would and completed all items on the contract, even helping me by providing information and documentation to get a rebate from GAF.

Over the Top Roofers provided prompt, friendly, competent service while at the same time excelling at being customer responsive to questions/quasi-problems often encountered. Their very positive response to my request for necessary documentation was very highly appreciated by not only me, but the Park Association staff that had approval authority for their project. good experie just wished i had a way to move brakbke things in the yard cause that's exactly what happened. they were not moved and they got broken.

I had a very good experience with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. I would definitely use them again.

The process was fairly easy from quote to completion. Over the Top Roofers took care of permitting, installation and clean-up. Project was quoted to take 2-3 days, but actual labor only took 1 day. The were not the lowest price, but I don't shop only by price as you usually get what you pay for. They were happy to recommend other contractors for gutters, siding, painting etc. I did end up going with their recommended gutter contractor. I'm glad I choose Over the Top Roofers, LLC and wouldn't change anything about my decision. - Brian, Longwood, FL
