Provider took cash up front but did not finish the job. He took other jobs for money and disappeared and quit answering his phone.

After multiple attempts to contact the the contractor via Angie's List and via his Cell, I was only able to talk with them two times. He promised to come do the work; however, he never showed up. Now Angie's List says that they cannot refund my money even though the work was never done. I'm done with both Angie's List and this contractor!

Very well. It began to rain after they had completed the inspection and began the needed repairs so they had to suspend work and return another day to finish the tasks. One worker also noted a loose window shutter on the side of my house and then proceeded to fix it although this was not in the scope of work. I very much appreciated their attention to details.

It went very well. Mr. Bearden was very prompt, courteous, and cleaned up afterward, His price was very fair.

It was great. They were very good, professional and cleaned up behind themselves. They did exactly what they said they would and for the price they said. I only had one small problem, a tubed skylight got unstable after construction, and I called the owner and he came right out and fixed it, no qualms no fuss. Everything is perfectly satisfactory.

We bought this roofing special through Angies List and almost immediately upon purchase, the owner was in touch with us. Over the Top Roofing was one of three companies we asked for estimates. We later saw that they were offering a deal through Angies List and so we went with them. The owner was in touch almost immediately and work started on the house very shortly after that. A crew showed up early in the morning and worked steadily for most of the day. They returned the next day and finished up the job. The owner was a constant visitor to the site to check on the work being done and to speak with the workers. He was not just a sidewalk supervisor, he climbed up the ladder to check the quality and the progress himself. And kept us informed.  <br>After the main part of the roof was completed, the owner showed up for three successive (almost) days to finish up the roof on the added room. The rain and weather interrupted that progress but as soon as it was possible, he was back to finish up the job.  <br>Upon completion, the owner showed up to run a magnetic device to pick up stray nails out of the driveway and walks. There was no debris left anywhere after the job.  <br> <br>I found Over the Top Roofing very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to my friends and I would use them again. The roof looks great and the leaks are no more. It is comforting to once again enjoy the rain instead of dreading the leaks.

Mike Bearden arrived and I explained the situation to him. He got right to work and did a thorough inspection. He checked the ceilings for stains and went in the attic to inspect the roof decking for signs of water intrusion. he then wen on the roof and checked the shingles, ridge vents, pipe collars, and the skylight. Thankfully, my roof was in good shape with about 10 years of life left and he only did some minor, regular maintenance. I also received a report of the work done and roof's condition. I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use Over the Top Roofing for future needs!

Mike showed up within the hour window he gave me and had everything fixed up within 15 minutes. He was very easy to work with and up front about pricing. He also offered tips so I could take care of similar repairs myself in the future. Much appreciated and will look to Over the Top again for my roofing needs. Recommended!
