In short, we’re over the top with our new roof. The longer story is we moved into our home last fall from out of state, and knew when we purchased it that we would need a new roof. No sweat, or so we thought. Towards the end of the year we started calling local companies for estimates. Thanks to hail storms last year, the roofing companies were quoting to have the work complete in 6-9 months, and even scheduling the estimates themselves months out. When the estimates did come in, they were either priced much higher than expected, or were kind of fuzzy on the work they included. I was about to throw my hands up in frustration when I came across Over The Top roofing. The first pleasant surprise is that our call for an estimate was returned within 24 hours. On top of that, Larry, the owner, came out within a reasonable time to give us an estimate. He was very clear on what would be included in the job. The estimate itself was emailed to us within a day of Larry’s visit. We had in writing what work would be performed, and a price that was more than fair. We signed the contract, and within a few weeks Larry’s crew showed up. Our 1800 sq. ft. pitched roofed house with attached garage, built in the 1980s, had two layers of old shingles. Larry’s crew got right to work. They had the old roof off, damaged wood decking replaced, a couple of new whirlybird vents installed, and the new drip edge and roof nailed on in less than two days. During the work his crew kept us well informed about what they were doing. They showed up to work, cleaned up the mess and were very friendly while doing so. A few days after the work was complete, the work passed inspection. Larry stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the job. I will happily recommend Over The Top roofing to anybody looking for a great roofing job at a fair price.

Larry did get back to me and apologized, for not contacting me sooner. He was out ill, and no one was available to contact me sooner. The workers finished the job by installing the splashing connecting the roof to the patio . Job well done.

We needed a new shingle roof for a fairly large NE heights home. We interviewed and received three bids. We chose Over the Top Roofing. In short, they did a great job for us. The crew was top notch, friendly, professional and very hard working. Larry the owner, came by twice over the two days to see how the job was going and to make sure we were happy with how things were progressing. They cleaned up everything so nice. After the job was complete I did a thorough inspection and was very impressed. The details - painting pipes to match roof, cleaning of gutters and cleaning the grounds around the house was excellant. Highly recommend Over the Top!

We have a Spanish tile roof and Larry was very informative about how the roof leak originated in the mat underneath the tiles and that the repair would require that they remove the tiles in the area where the leak is coming from and repair the mat. They showed up and were in a hurry to get started as they were late for their next appointment. They did the repair before I authorized them to do it. Larry offered to put the money toward from the repair toward a new mat for the roof. We have had several snow storms and rain since Larry repaired our roof and it hasn't leaked. The biggest issue I had was that the price changed between me hiring this company and them actually doing the repair. I received his invoice on a napkin via text after many requests for the the invoice. My suggestion would be to get the estimate in writing before he shows up to do the work.

I was very pleased with this company and the work they have done. Very professional and very hard working. I was surprised how fast they completed the job. I very much recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their roof. Great job Over The Top Roofing co. !!!!!

Larry presented me with two options: re-roofing or repairing the existing roof. I went with the repair option. I was impressed with how meticulous he and his crew were about doing the job right, including the section of the roof over the garage at no extra charge (so that the entire roof would age at the same rate), showing me what was done on the roof, and cleaning up well afterwards. I appreciate the good work Larry and his guys did on my house, and the time he spent educating me on my options.

Larry and his crew did a great job. They cleaned up every piece of the old roofing material and went the extra mile by painting some of the flashing's at no charge to give a very professional finish. They were able to quickly reschedule when it rained on the original install date and finished the job in one day. The pricing was fare and they did a professional job. I would highly recommend them.

They did a fine job installing a new TPO roof. However, I asked to have a skylight added at the same time. They broke it into two jobs, so I had to wait 2 weeks for them to come back, cut a hole in my new roof, and install the skylight. That part of the job was shoddy - they came with no tarps or ladder. When they cut a hole (2 holes because they misjudged the placement of the first one) they allowed all the plaster and 70-year old insulation to fall directly on my living room floor. Plaster dust permeated my house. It was then that they told me they didn't do sheetrock work, so I had to get a different contractor to complete the skylight job. A week passed with 2 gaping holes in my living room ceiling. The next week, I hired a very professional crew who arrived with plastic sheeting, proper equipment and finished the job. Overall what should've been a 1-day job took 3 weeks elapsed time and more money than was quoted. And two different contractors.

I was quite happy with the work preformed by Larry and Over the Top Roofing. This was a new roof due to hail damage. Larry was able to get us a competitive quote and did the job in the time he allotted. The workers were polite and professional, they cleaned their area and the new roof looks beautiful. Highly satisfied with skills & knowledge. Would higher again, in fact, Over the Top is Quoting on a flat roof replacement for our business! Note, images are of the old roof.

He finish the job but did not complete something. He needs to put splashing up. I told him to come back but never come back.He is not returning my calls. I would not recommend them. Reasonable price.

Larry and his crew from Over the Top Roofing did an outstanding job on the roof of my house. After removing three layers of shingles and fixing issues caused by the previous roofers, my roof looks fantastic and no more leaks. The clean up was so complete you couldn’t even tell they had been there except for my new roof. Kudos everyone at Over the Top Roofing. They deserve an A+++

They removed the old shingles and disposed off, then installed a new shingles on. Excellent work that they did, couple of thing to do and didn't charge more, and they cleaned up after themselves. they did an excellent job. they went above and beyond. I recommend them to anybody that need roofing services.

I used them multiple times for multiple properties. Been using him for probably 5 years. He is a good guy. Wouldn't use him if he wasn't good. Very happy with his work.

They were very responsive. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done same day and the price was very reasonable. No more leaks, yay!! Would highly recommend, and have, to family and friends.

Working with larry and Over the Top Roofing was wonderful! We found our new house needed a new roof before installing solar. Larry was able to accommodate our 12,000 square foot TPO installation and get it done well before the solar Installation. The roof was BEAUTIFUL! not a corner was left undone and his men were extremely friendly and professional. We loved working with Larry so much we asked him to build a portal off our master bedroom. The portal, a southwest style porch with handcrafted vigas and beams is a stunning addition to our home that fits in perfectly with our Southwest adobe home. We have already recommended Over the Top Roofing to our neighbors and will recommend them again.
