I solicited three bids. While OV One was slightly higher than one other roofing company I was considering, reviewing OV One's estimate line by line revealed additional services. I am always thorough when I search for a new vendor. I have never found a provider that impressed me more. The owner went above and beyond to make the project easy for me, from reviewing the estimate, revisions, getting permits, meeting county inspectors and of course the job itself. We had a cement (tile) roof that OV One removed and replaced with composition. I expected to be a little disappointed in the change, but our new roof looks spectacular! We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and appearance. Our neighbors are very impressed. His crew did a fantastic job cleaning up, including the gutters, pool deck, driveway, etc. I highly recommend Oscar and his company, OV One Construction.

OV One construction, did an great job replacing my shingle roof. very professional, prompt and communicated all that was going to be done and when. Oscar the owner was hands on during every aspect of this project. He made sure that the crew did the job correctly with no short cuts, he had to make some changes and communicated to me what needed to be done. we passed all 3 inspections with no issues. OV One cares about their clients, and their property, they covered my pool so no debris got in it, kept area clean as they worked so it was safe environment. Working OV One Construction was a pleasant and professional experience. OV One stayed on budget and completed the installation of new joists in our bedrooms and re-tiled the whole house in a professional and timely manner. OV One also updated all of the electrical system in home at a reasonable price as this was not part of the job, but was a fire hazard since as it was 80 year old cloth wiring. I highly recommend working with this company. There were no hidden fees or expenses at the end of the job. They showed up everyday on time as expected.

Very honest

AC ducts had been leaking condensation onto the ceiling and stains were abundant. OV one took the ducts out and replaced them and then removed the bad drywall and replaced and painted. The house looks like it used to before all this started and it smells so much better!! They were here for 8 hrs a day, 3 and a half days and they never missed showing up and always between 8-9 am till 4-5 pm.. I'm very picky about showing up on time. Every day they are here to do the job. They did good, I'm happy.

Highly recommended. Oscar provided all the material, labor and services necessary for the project. No costs or schedule surprises... I certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a sincere and conscientious contractor. (I will hire him again for a two bathroom renovation end of this year)
