I hired Deray Owens of Owen's Way in October 2020 to replace an old damaged fence on my property. The hiring process went well after we negotiated a price for the work. He was polite and easy to work with. I gave him half up front to begin and he quoted a 2 day effort. It immediately went down from there! He took double the time to do the work, installed a small wheel on the gate door in place of proper concrete work and hinge replacement. After paying the balance, I promptly received a city notice that he never secured the permit to do the work and that the fence supports need to be on the other side of the fence-- or face a FINE! I quickly reached out to Deray the owner and he said he would correct the problems, especially since he promotes that he has a 1year warranty .... However, after he said he would fix it, I have yet to hear back despite multiple calls, texts, and emails with the details. It is now January and I will need to pay someone else to redo the fence. Do not use this company.

They were excellent, very competitive price they finished in two days and I will recommend them to other people.

Owens Way installed vinyl planking flooring in an upstairs, 600 square feet area. They did an excellent job, in two days, at a very competitive rate. We have received nothing but compliments about the flooring, with many people asking for contact information for the installers. We are already planning another flooring project, this time for ceramic tiles, and we will definitely use them again.
