Started out with Matt on the same page in dealing with the scope of work we were hiring his company to perform. It went south when Matt stepped through the ceiling and didn't immediately report doing so to us. There happened to be a family worker in the kitchen when the incident occurred so we were sent pictures and received a phone call from that individual. When we reported it to Matt his response was, "oh yeah, that sometimes happens and I was going to let you know and send you pictures." Never received pictures from him. Then he wanted to knock off only $200 from the price of the repairs. We weren't interested in that, we were however interested in him taking care of the repairs and agreed to pay him partial payment up front to cover his materials and would pay the rest once the repairs were made to our satisfaction. Upon completion of the ceiling repair, pictures were sent by us to Matt showing what was there. Matt never came by to see the repair for himself. We were also told that the repairs to the ceiling were around $600-$700. Because of Matt's impatience and inexperience in dealing with customers, he began berating us via text and saying he was going to take it to small claims. If he had been patient in dealing with a customer, he might not have received such a bad review. We paid Matt in full but certainly would not recommend Owl Plumbing to do this type of job to anyone. We have hired somebody else to come out to double check his work.

Great had them put in a new water heater and compared to the old one they did very clean and professional work would recommend to anyone 10/10 stars ✨

Matt with Owl plumbing was both professional and personable. He works quickly and efficiently. He made me aware of a warranty to a part, which saved me money. Honest guy! We will hire Owl Plumbing again.
