Philip was a professional maintenance tech for one of the largest property maintenance and custom home building company's in Southern Maine. He decided, after searching for a handyman contractor to do the work for his FHA loan, that he can provide higher quality work at a fair price. We can do rental turnovers, general home maintenance, heat pump cleanings, and anything else you can think of.
