Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

The technician was prompt an professional.  The carpeting looked fantastic and had a nice fragrance.  Stayed clean longer than previous cleaning companies. <br />

It was fine. It's been so long ago, I can't really say.

Went very well. The fellow showed up on time and was very cordial.  Went right to work after I showed him the various areas needing to be cleaned.  Carpets were in good shape but the heavier traffic areas like the steps definitely showed dirt and flattened out areas where our small dog likes to sleep.  After he was done with the steps,  they looked good as new! <br /> On top of that the carpets were completely dry after I came home from work. <br /> Well done, will use them again. <br />

The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He explained the cleaning process. He did a thorough job. He said the carpet would dry in 2 hours and it took closer to 12 hours. I was concerned that the carpet was too wet. It also felt tacky but once I vacuumed it, it looked great and felt normal. <br />

I liked the process they used. However, 7-10 days after the stains came back up in some places. The technician Matt did come back and tried to fix it, he thought that would do it. They had a policy that they'll redo a job of no charge within 7 days. However,the paperwork I have doesn't state any of that. I was trying to be understanding. We tried calling him back at the number he had given us, and he never responded. I then called the headquarters and they still have not responded. When I finally did get ahold of someone, they told me, they would reach out to the local branch of the company. I still haven't heard anything from anyone.  It certainly is not what we paid for, I would expect some sort of response to this .

The service was alright. They came in cleaned the carpets in my living room, stairs, and the loft. There were some stains they couldn’t get out of the carpet. I wasn’t overly impressed.

Provider was very responsive and flexible around scheduling although I was not impressed with the cleaning after the job was completed.  I am guessing that this was due to the technology used.  Instead of steam or lots of cleaning solution the provider lightly mists on a cleaning solution on the very top surface of the carpet and used a scrubbing machine to lift out the dirt.  this may work for very lighly soiled areas or carpets that are regulary cleaned every 3-4months.  Did not work for my carpet that hasn't been professionally cleaned in over 1 year (we vacuum regularly)  In the future I will just rent a steam cleaner from the grocery store or may buy one to save money in the long run.  Probably would work very well for carpets that are regularly cleaned and definately is beneficial for anyone who owns pets.  lifted out alot of pet hair that we didn't even know was there. <br />

I thought my carpet needed to be replaced. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Need I say more? The carpet is 15 years old as well and my husband had gotten some kind of grease on the living room carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. I am amazed at how nice it looks now. Even that grease stain is gone. I won't have to replace my carpet yet after all. The technician was courteous about calling before the appointment. He was quick and efficient and I am VERY pleased with the results. I will definitely use this service again. <br />

I ordered 4 rooms to be carpet cleaned and protected through Angie's List. The price seemed fair at $109. Upon arrival, the person who came to clean my carpets walked with me to see the 4 areas which I wanted to be cleaned. He then went to his personal  small car and took out a couple of canisters with attachments to spray fluid onto my rugs. I was surprised there was not a company vehicle as the worker was driving his own car with theOxi Fresh logo on a magnet attached to the front car door. He used my laundry room to add water to one of the two or three gallon canister and began to spot clean the stained areas in my family room. I was surprised he did not have on shoe covers at any time. He continued to spray all the areas to be cleaned with some unknown liquid. He next brought in a dirty piece of machinary that looked like a sweeper with a metal pan attached to the back. He ran this "sweeper like" machine across the carpet in all 4 areas. There was NEVER an extraction of any dirt. The machine just "fluffed" up the pile on the carpet. NO DIRT WAS REMOVED AT ANY TIME. Then he sprayed the protectant- no idea what was actually in the canister as they all looked the same. Last he carried in a portable sweeper on his back and in 5 minutes walked again between the 4 areas with no shoe covers. It took over 12 hours for the carpets to be dry. ALL the stains in the family room were completly visible within hours. Again, no dirt or stains were ever extracted at any time. I would like the stains removed or my money back. The carpets look no different than they did before the technician came. I have lots of pictures to show the stains. I am very unhappy with the service!!!! Cherie Rolfsen <br />

They did a nice job cleaning. They did better than other companies before that tried to get things cleaned that didn't come out. We are planning on using them again.

The service went well, and upon asking, came back next day to make sure everything was complete to satisfaction. Provided education on carpet spot cleaning and advised the oxi fresh solution is non-toxic and safe for children and pets.

The call center where I tried to set up appointment was infuriating, but the gentleman who came to do the carpets was prompt, very nice, professional and courteous. <br />

The deal turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal had stated. The technicians did a good job. Scheduling was fairly easy.
