Oxi-fresh arrived within the window they gave us and did a good job cleaning our berber carpeting, one area rug, and upholstery on the sofa, including by ggetting out a stain on the carpet. The price was reasonable.

Overall it went well, but I expected the serviceman (who was very good ) to move more of the small furniture and try to move the beds or at least clean under them. There were small things like small tables and bookcases that could have been moved, though it would have been easier with two people. I would jut make sure to have a very clear understanding (which I thought I did) about them moving some small furniture, and work out ahead of time about moving beds.

I purchased the deal for 2 rooms of carpet cleaning and had them clean my living room and a staircase. The service was fast and did a great job! I hadn't realized that they also do grout cleaning, so decided to have that done as well for my kitchen and bathrooms, and they were able to do the cleaning at the same time without me having to make a separate appointment. Scheduling was easy and the technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the service from Oxi Fresh. Fernando did an excellent job getting out all spills and dirt from my carpet. He was very courteous, and added in a few extra spills at a reasonable price. I have used them before, and they are prompt, polite and very good.

No one showed up on the scheduled day, so had to call to reschedule. The work was adequate but they couldn't remove pet stains. The tech suggested that whatever carpet cleaner we had previously used might have permanently stained the carpet. The price was competitive, but I would suggest that anyone considering using them ask what stains they can't remove using their equipment.

Oxi-Fresh was able to book an appointment for me in advance of my holiday event. Fernando, the technician, contacted me prior to arrival and was a true professional throughout the entire process. He was even able to remove extremely difficult stains in several rooms that are used heavily. The rugs dried quickly and I was left with a pleasant scent from the freshly cleaned carpet.
