This was a great carpet cleaning! It made my carpet feel like new and much softer. There were some spots I have worked and worked on to get out, and they were gone! Derrick did a great job; moved furniture and worked around my dogs. The carpet dried quickly and it may be my imagination, but the house smelled fresher. I will definitely call them again.

They are good. We use them all the time. Next time I will ask for someone different to come to the house. I wasn't impressed with their employee. I like the products they sell. I've been using them for about 3 or 4 years now. I would tell other people that their product is good.

It was good. The carpet turned out nice. There was additional cost after and that wasn?t in the information I had. I had the option not to do the extra but I did it anyway. The quality was good. Responsiveness was good. I had used them before too. I would use them again.

They were amazing.  It was absolutely amazing.  The cost was reasonable.  They took out things that had been there for a long time.  They said it would be dry in twenty minutes and it was.  They were polite and it sounds like a fair advertising.  We built a house now that are all tiles so we don?t need them which is also wonderful.  But I would definitely recommend them very highly.  They did an incredible job.  They used non-toxic cleaning agents which was very important to us.    <br /> <br /> The price was very reasonable and we used a coupon from a local magazine.  They were very professional.  I have no one complaint.

I have used this company before. Their process does not soak the carpet - it is dry within an hour and the carpets are clean. <br /> We had an area with significant cat urine odor. They used their deodorizer but explained that  their process does not get down to the pad, so if urine has penetrated the pad, steam cleaning should be used.  They also gave me advice about how to have a small wool area rug cleaned.  <br /> They worked quickly and efficiently and asked me to call them if there were any problems that arose.  <br /> I appreciated their professionalism and honesty about the services they can provide and their willingness to recommend others when needed.  <br /> I will certainly use them again. <br />

Technician called ahead to say he was on his way and was prompt and courteous.  Very accommodating to my requests. Finished in approximately 1 Hr.  Carpet looks great and dried in 2 Hrs.   I would definitely use them again.  They get an A+! <br />
