Chris called to let us know he was on the way. Once here he agreed to do the three rooms we wanted plus a closet. He explained the process & what to expect. He was quick & thorough. He was very professional & friendly to boot. The process he used didn't make a soggy mess of our carpets & it dried in an hour or two. We will definitely call him when we want to clean the carpets again.

Chris was amazing to work with. I needed a rush cleaning and he was able to accommodate my visit for the next morning. I have to say I was concern when I didn't see a big truck with machinery and just his SUV. He came in an explained the process. I was glad it didn't include tons of water as I needed fast drying as well. He cleaned 5 rooms and only used less than 3 gallons of water. This was mind blowing to me! The rooms look amazing and carpets nice and fluffy. I will definitely use Chris and Oxi Fresh again.

We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again.

They guy that came out was so polite, quick, and he worked so hard.

Chris was great. First of all, he called me to tell me he would be 10 minutes late due to unexpected traffic because of the rain. That's impressive by itself. When he arrived, he walked the house with my wife and I, reviewed what we wanted and then jumped right into the work. He did exactly what he said he would do and we're very happy with the service. The carpets dried very quickly and looked GREAT! We've already recommended him to my in laws so I must be very happy with him!!

I have dog stains, and you know how hard that can be. He did a good. One of the stains was from where the dog got a gallon a syrup from the pantry, and the syrup spilled on the carpet. That stain was on the carpet for over 3 years. He removed the stain entirely! I'm looking at it right now and it's gone! He made it disappear. He even removed the dog stains! When he was done cleaning, the stains were gone. There are now light shadows of the stains, but if anyone walked in, they wouldn't even know that they were there. It's flat out amazing. It will take a few treatments to get it all gone. It was amazing what he did. It's been a year plus since he did the cleaning and it still looks great!

I cannot say enough great things about the OxiFresh team.  Everything from the initial contact by phone went as smoothly as could be expected.  The crew arrived promptly on schedule and worked quickly but thoroughly, going over high traffic areas as many times as required to get the deepest possible cleaning completed.  Furniture was moved (including large items that I didn't think they'd bother with) and the team got to all of the hidden areas throughout our home.  The crew left behind a bottle of their formula for spot treatment and the carpets dried quickly leaving us with a clean fresh home.  We are extremely pleased! <br />

Chris came out right away and did a fantastic job. My 18 year old carpet is much improved in the heavily used areas that he cleaned. I will definitely call him to clean the rest of the house later. <br />
