Dan is the best.  I don't even bother to call anyone else.  His work is incredible - everyone that sees my windows or any other work he has done at my house (bathroom remodels, hardwood stairs) wants his number.  You can tell that he takes pride in his work.  My floors, doors and trim turned out beautifully.  He called me almost every day to check in, let me know how we were doing schedule wise (rain was causing some delays on lacquer drying).  I really appreciated the communication so I knew what was going on.  I totally trust him to make decisions about things that need to be done.  Nice guy, spectacular craftsman - can't wait for him to get started on my next job (and how often do you hear that about a dusty remodel??). <br /> <br /> <br />

The original plan was to updated the stair treads and risers with oak, but Dan was very patient when the scope expanded to a complete removal of the stairs, trim and handrail to replace it all with oak.  He did a GORGEOUS job.   I couldn't be happier with the work that he has done.

Dan completed a bathroom remodel for me on a very short timeline.  Work included demo of existing bathroom,  new stone tile floor, replacing wall mount toilet, installing 2 pocket doors, drywall repair,painting and coordination with the cabinet maker / corian installer.  Work was outstanding as usual!  Dan has done a lot of remodel work for me, and continues to be my go-to-guy for all home repairs and upgrades!

I couldn't be happier with his work.  Dan is amazing - called everyday to check in, was happy to make changes to the scope of work.  He did fantastic work!  I have already scheduled additional work with him!

He was phenomenal, he was amazing, it was absolutely the best. He was able to actually predict and forecast our needs basing on the conversation we've had so when he needs to make decisions when he was able to get a hold of us he was able to make proper decisions, it was an awesome experience. He's easy to work with, friendly, trustworthy, he was the lowest priced based on a couple of different bids that I received. The work itself was exceptional, he really went above and beyond and his low prices really don't reflect the quality of the work. He was at work every single day, the whole time he did what he needed to do. There's a consensus for me and him as far as when the work was going to start, we had agreed on an earlier date but our job run long for him. He's a single individual contractor, it did take him a lot longer to start work but once he started the work, he was committed. As long as you can be flexible with your time, you are fine.

I purchased laminate flooring for a recent home that I purchased.  Initially, I planned on installing it myself, but after fumbling around with a few cuts, I decided that it was best to acknowledge my limitations and contact a professional.  I ordered a handful of bids from an array of contractors, big box stores, and local handymen.  Dan's bid was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but after discussing my hopes and desires, I decided that he was the best match for the project. I couldn't be happier with Dan's work.  His knowledge and craftsmanship are far superior to any contractor that I have worked with in the past and the results far exceeded my expectations.  Unlike many other individuals in his line of work, Dan was always on site on time and ready to work with the necessary equipment on hand.  His organization, cleanliness, and pride in his work are evident.  His pricing is fair, his suggestions are honest, and his work is reliable.  I have discarded all of the other numbers in my phone and Dan is the go-to guy for any and all of my future projects, rennovations or improvements. <br /> <br />
