HORRIBLE!!! All of the boards were cut too long or too short and ALL OF THE ANGLES were MISMEASURED!!!!!!!!!!!! No nail holes were caulked. No casing connections were caulked. Worst of all, none of the corners come together at a 45 degree angle--all are off by 1/2 inch to a full inch. The entire project will have to be redone by someone who knows what he is doing. He left with almost an hour to go and never came back. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!!! He has a nice saw but no skill and no knowledge about what he is doing.

It went well he was able to come on a Saturday since he was booked for the week which worked well for me. I didn't have all the right material so we were able to improvise with what I had available.

I bought the 2 hour coupon deal for handyman services. Oscar was very responsive in communicating to schedule the work and we agreed on a time. There was something I neglected to tell him so he wasn't prepared with the proper tools for this job when he came over. He was nice enough to schedule time to come by the next morning and didn't charge the time/visit, even though the coupon stated the work sessions couldn't be broken up between two sessions. He drove here and spent at least 20 minutes to find out he'd have to come back. By all rights, he could have at least charged me an hour minimum for my mistake. Next morning, he showed up on time, and dove in. He ran into some unanticipated issues from the outset (electrical boxes not installed securely or near the ceiling joists), brought them to my attention, and provided ideas on how to work around them, and approximately how much extra work (time) that would entail. All in all, he improvised when he needed to and made everything work in the end. I went beyond the time allotted but his price for extra hours were stated up front and I happily paid them. Great job. Very nice and professional and I'd happily call him again for Handyman services.

Oscar dove in and took care of it all which left me free to work on the inside. He worked efficiently, quickly and neatly and was able to take care of all of the "honey do's".
