Clever Renovations

I can’t recommend Kyle enough! I originally found him through a referral from someone who spoke very highly of his work, and now I understand exactly why. He has done several projects at my own home, as well as handyman work, flooring, and a variety of other jobs for my real estate clients. As a Realtor, I’m very careful about who I refer to my clients because my reputation is on the line, too. Kyle has consistently proven to be someone I can trust. He does excellent work, communicates well, follows through, and takes pride in what he does. It’s such a relief to have someone reliable who does quality work and makes the process easy. Whether I need something done at my own home or need to recommend someone to a client, Kyle is someone I feel confident calling. I’m so glad he was referred to me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and trustworthy handyman!

Kyle did general maintenance work, painting, repairs, built a greenhouse and installed flooring, muscle plumbing, all around work. I highly recommend him.

Kyle is hardworking, motivated, and passionate about growing Clever Renovations. He’s putting in the effort to build his business, and I love seeing someone work toward their goals. Definitely worth keeping in mind for your next renovation or remodeling project!

Kyle Clever installed a new kitchen floor, repaired several areas of drywall, built a shed, and repainted my bedrooms. He arrived early and cleaned up after each job, which I really appreciated. Everything turned out great, and I’m very happy with his work. I’m proud of the care and effort he puts into what he does. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable handyman.
