It went very well. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. I love my floors and so happy that they explained to me that I could sand and stain the two different hardwood areas and stain it all to match!!

We are fixing up an older home with original 1962 hardwood floors that were not in good condition. Pachecos added unfinished wood floor to the kitchen then refinished all flooring to match. It turned out very nice. Amy was always available via text and followed through on schedule. I will use them again in the future.

Waste of time and money. Just loosely laid the floor, bumps on floor, uneven floors, from nails and uneven sub floor. Just dropped the floor without checking to see if it was even Never there when they say they will be, don't call

Pacheco Hardwood in Virginia was a favorite floor installer of mine that i used on multiple occasions but i can no longer speak highly of their professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness. They started work on my last property on 7/20/21 in which I specifically requested the owner Abdel to do the installing of 5-inch planks and all the finish work to my new floors (sanding and staining). On the day the work started, Pacheco sent installers that I had never seen or used and said Abdel would be at the property later in the day. Abdel didn't show up for 2 days and it wasnt until I called and complained about the existing installers work and mandated that Abdel come and finish what was started. I wanted the Abdel to correct the sloppy work that had been done by the initial installers. What was done horriblly wrong was the following: 1. Uneven Floors ... 2. Improper cut planks ... 3. Chatter marks ... 4. Abnormal gapping in the floors. They also were supposed to replace the existing stairs to which they completely ruined and I had to have replaced. The existing stairs/risers were supposed to be demoed and square/contemporary nose treads installed. Pacheco bought round nose treads and cut the edge to make them square and then laid them on top of the existing treads. They never demoed the risers either and placed new risers over the old. All of this created height and depth issues on the stairs which made it completely dangerous going up and down. Abdel tried to fix the stairs but couldnt because at that point they neeeded to be repaired by a carpenter and he didn't know how to fix it because he is not a carpenter. After sanding and staining, I noticed chatter marks all over the floor. Chatter marks are created in the sanding process by improper sanding or working with a fulty sanding/buffing machine. I called them about this issue and Abdels wife came to meet me and view the issues and she told me that chatter marks are consistent with 5 inch planks and it was normal. i have been a developer/investor for 20 years and couldnt believe that she was actually standing in front of me telling me this. I demanded that they fix all of the issues and this is when they became non responsive. they will not answer phone calls, emails, or text messages. I have called from different numbers and once they realize its me, they hang up the phone. I cant speak to the work they have done for anyone else, this is my experience and I have the pictures to show everything that I am stating here. Moving forward it is my intention to handle this matter legally.

Pacheco Flooring removed our old and worn builder grade wood floors and installed wood like porcelain tile. It was a big job approximately 1800 sq.ft. They were awesome. They sanded and stained our oak staircase to match our new tile. The color was right on. We did the entire living level and a landing on the upstairs. They worked hard and the installers were great and trustworthy. They installed the tile like a wood floor and the grout lines are barely visible. Our new floors look like hand scraped reclaimed wood. Highly recommend them and they were the best value for the price and the final product was tremendous. We did purchase the tile, mortar, and grout separately. Amy and her husband were excellent advisors and helped us make a selection that we chose.
