When they showed up he said that he would lowball an estimate of $17000 For the trees that are to be cut down he also said he would be doing a walk around to make sure we're satisfied and also a senior says in discount and all of this never happened he also said the day that we was done you can rent a excavator for $300 A-day and you can hire one of my workers for $200 A-day What is wrong with this picture He left us a Royal mess but now it's cost me lots of money to clean up and it still needs to be cleaned up Our friends and neighbors say our yard looks a mess and it is There was confusion in regards to a permit I was told I had to get a permit and then all of a sudden he says I don't need to permit don't worry about it so then I get a bill in the mail for $540 from Pierce County that I have to pay for a permit I tell him about it and he says I have more important things to do whatever He says I My text message

Bait-and-switch tactics used by Stan Mariotti, the project manager, left us feeling cheated! Close to Christmas, so It was very cold and the light was fading that day so the crew had to stop the project. Stan assured us that they would be back out to finish the job, "after Christmas," but they never came back. Last week, Stan assured me that he would be out this past weekend, but he was a no-show. I've seen some other reviews that describe similar experiences, so I guess it's just how Stan operates... Good crew, but the job was left unfinished.

They were on time, hustled to get it done. Cleaned up everything. Very professional and proficient. Will be using them again in the future.

I have rarely been so satisfied with a company before. They came out promptly and removed all of my dangerous trees. The price was more than fair. They were cheerful helpful and neat. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

• My husband and I hired this tree service to take down a 120 ft 22 in. diameter tree, they did an awesome job, cleaned up everything,and dropped with precision in a small space, they also did way more then what we asked of them. We will be calling on them again and definitely will recommend them to our neighbors and anyone else who needs information on who to call for tree removal. These guys were very courteous and fast and cleaned up fast. 5-star service for sure.

Tree trimming and tree cutting were done well. However, they did not return to remove the rounds from our yard per the 3-5 days promised in our contract. They also left rounds, limbs and debris in our neighbors yard. After waiting 6 days and not hearing from Stan Mariotti we removed the rounds from our neighbors yard ourselves. . We made several calls to Stan and contacted Sean at Pacific Coast Tree about completing the job and got nowhere. We found out they posted our address without our knowledge or permission on Craigslist under free wood when people showed up at the house asking for the wood. The ad said to drive up to the pile but all the rounds are in a locked backyard. Stan then wants to send random “firewood” guys to get the rounds. Expecting us to put our lives on hold to fit their schedule. Finally after two weeks we have given up on this company ever completing the job we paid for. Stan suffers from Liabetes it is one lie after another with him. Stan said he would reimburse us for the unfinished work but we are not holding our breath on that.

Stan Mariotti quoted $900 (November 4, 2019) for branches to be trimmed from two of my big trees. We agreed to move forward with my small project on the same day. Then Stan failed to contact me the next two weeks. I was about to find another company. On Sunday November 24, 2019, Stan called and said he will be over today to trim the trees. Stan and this other crew guy Israel showed up, then started trimming the first tree. Everything went great with the first tree, so I left for a quick lunch. When I came home, I realized Stand and Israel left the second tree untouched!!! Yet my mother didn't realized the work is incomplete, she gave Stand $900 in cash because he asked her for payment. Since November 25, 2019, I have been calling Stan to come back to finish the project about every three days. Every time, he said he is working on it or machine is broken. Today, January 6, 2020, none of the listed number from this company are being answered. I do not recommend anyone to hire them. They are unprofessional with their work quality and no good with respecting your time.

Owner Stan made many promises when out for the estimate of pruning/barking my back yard. Cancelled first 2 appointments, showed on the 3rd. Charged me $2400 for 2.5 hours. I did not know that he would pull the workers to next job and return with 2 Hispanics from Home Depot to finish the job. He sat in his truck out front and the 2 Hispanics didn't know what to do. I am out the money - he promised to return in 2 weeks to finish, but he cancelled again. Work was not completed.

Owner was excellent in describing the services needed and offering other options available. The crew was punctual and professional. Great experience. Will definitely call them when we need help again.

Met with Shannon on a Thursday to provide estimate and his team began work on Friday. Shannon did a great job communicating on the schedule and arrival of his team. The team arrived when Shannon said they would. While working on our property, I was asked for input to ensure satisfaction, including a final walk-through. Very happy with the enhanced curb appeal of our home.

Pacific Coast Tree Experts are the best! Shannon came to my home to give me an estimate on the same day I called. I needed 3 tall pine/cedar trees removed as well as 4 other trees pruned. The estimate was very reasonable, and within 2 days my project was done! The crew worked quickly and efficiently and their cleanup was spotless. I couldn't be happier with their work. I highly recommend Shannon and his crew.

He was very prompt, the money paid was very reasonable. He has worked for me two times now and I was impressed with both Shannon and the employees who worked for him. The four man crew led by Fiti and James, did an excellent and careful job cutting down the 30’ Eucalyptus tree. The had also raked, blew and cleaned any debri in the work area. They had been professional and the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent service!

Shannon and his guys are the best! If it were possible to rate them higher they would definitely deserve it. I wish I had taken pictures of before and after because it is unbelievable what a difference there is. I will definitely be using them for other services as well as annual service. I have already referred Shannon to 3 of my friends who need tree service. I just cannot thank him enough for all the hard work they did! Came early, finished quickly, cleaned everything, so professional and caring!

We own three acres and needed trees near the house removed plus quite a few dead ones. Shannon would've come same day to give an estimate, but we were unavailable. He came when promised (actually, earlier). He was the second estimate we received, and was less than the first, plus could get the job done within the week. He was also very knowledgeable and down-to-earth, which we appreciated. His crew came when promised (two days later) and worked hard all day taking down trees. The clean-up was better than I expected. He was open to all of our request, including dumping the wood chipping in our upper field. I would hire them again in an instant and recommend. Fantastic. Shannon came out to give an estimate and spent a lot of time evaluating the project. His communication skills are excellent and described in detail the job and it’s challanges. He and his team are knowledgeable and professional and everything went as advertised. The job was incredibly well done and the clean up afterwards was perfect. I’m going to bring them back for fencing work in the near future. Hire them, you won’t be sorry.

They came out to give an estimate on Monday, June 4th, gave us a very fair price, and completed the work on Wednesday, June 6th. They did all the work perfectly, cleaned up completely, were fast and accurate, very professional and great to work with. I would recommend them and would use them again! Outstanding!!!!!
