After working with unqualified painters, I reached out to Scott. He and his crew were professional, friendly and qualified to do the job. They arrived on time and took the necessary precautions to protect our flooring, cabinetry and appliances/furniture. Any concerns or questions I had were promptly answered by a phone call or a text.

Very well. We had to be entirely out of the house for two nights. But it was understandable because *everything* was covered in plastic. They sent instructions ahead of time. You really need to pack up most things, even thought they say only breakables need to be removed. The electrical and drywall work was well done. They asked a lot of questions about the placement of the new can lights, the switches, etc. We really love the new lights. They even swapped out a nearby old light so that they all looked the same - nice touch! The ceilings look great. The new entrance to the attic was very nicely done. The painting on the ceilings looked great. The folks that did the work really took some pride in their work, and with good reason. The price was fair, and I'd hire them again.

Pacific drywall and paint were terrific- were able to repair our plaster, texture the ceiling to match, and paint. Looks good as new. The guys were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves. I would hire these guys again without hesitation.

Pacific Drywall was on time, gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete work, and started on date set for removing popcorn ceiling. They were also finished by the second day and had vacuumed, cleaned up outside and left everything as before.
It was a no hassle, smooth, professional job.
The cleanup by Pacific drywall was outstanding. The communication with them was outstanding. My friends and neighbors have had theirs removed and they all say that ours was done well because you don't see any seams, inconsistencies, or indents. I've seen ones that people do themselves or hire an inexperienced person to remove it and it looks bad. The texturing is inconsistent, you can see seams, bulges between drywall boards where settling occurred, and roller marks from painting. I know the price seems like a lot to have it removed but it was well worth the money to have it done right. I look up at my ceiling everyday and it looks great.

They were wonderful. They were extremely professional; calling their office, you always get somebody to pick up the phone, they gave me a quote right over the phone based on the size of our house and what we wanted done. And then it was really nice as they send you a checklist of everything you have to do ahead of time before they get there. So that makes it really easy and we didn't have to move like the big pieces of furniture. They worked all around that and they left our house completely clean. It was really please well worth it. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I'm a first-time home buyer and this is the first time I've hired a contractor to do work on my home. So needless to say I was very nervous and honestly, did not have high expectations for this first experience.
From the moment Pacific Drywall picked up the phone to answer my questions and respond to my request for a quote, to the final walk-through and final payment for their services, they were top-notch in all aspects throughout the entire process. They were friendly, responsive and extremely professional not just from one person, but every single person I dealt with either on the phone or in the field.
When I asked for a quote, Donna asked a few simple questions and I was given a quote literally within hours. Their price was a bit higher than I was expecting, so I asked to adjust the scope of work to get the price down. So instead of painting all the ceilings after the popcorn removal, they would just paint the vaulted ceiling and only prep the lower ceilings for me and my wife to paint. No problem - the quote was adjusted accordingly at a price we were more comfortable with.
When the workers arrived, I walked the foreman through the house to assess the work needed. He was very pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had. He outlined very clearly what they were going to do. When I returned for the final walk-through, I found their work to be exceptional and I feel like they went above and beyond what I expected.
Overall, a good experience!

They were there on time and were there to give the estimate on time too. They were very nice and professional. The crew showed up on time. They got the job done when they said they would get it done. They cleaned everything up. I didn’t even know they were there.

Excellent. This is a two day work order. They provided me with a preparation check list to do prior to their arrival (which I complied). The checklist also explained what work they would be performing and what they would not be doing. They arrived promptly. They began repair on the 2' x4' sheetrock in the ceiling (caused by upstairs leaking toilet upstairs) . They encased the house with plastic so that they popcorn ceiling could be removed. Then they retextured and painted all of the ceilings. They cleaned up and performed a walk-through of the completion of work to address any concerns if needed. I was very happy with their quality of workmanship.
They were wonderful! The price was great. They showed up on time. Very professional. Explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They cleaned up after themselves. When I can home from work the only way I could tell they had been at my house was the popcorn ceilings were gone. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.
I had great difficulty finding anyone willing to do this job at all. They were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up, vacuumed and washed down the driveway before they left. It was a great value.
They were very responsive when we called for information on price, work time, available dates etc. We made an appointment that was two weeks out. A representative came out and inspected our house because of numerous wall/ceiling repair work from a previous plumbing repipe job from a different company. Then they mailed us information including a preparation checklist and the contract describing the scope of work and price. The preparation checklist was very helpful as we had time to move various furniture and household items to the garage over several days. The crew arrived early and the crew chief walked us through the house to review the planned work and timeline. He was very professional and helpful in explaining what work would be done during the two days and answered all of our questions. We were out of our home for one night on the first day. The crew chief called us when the work was done on day two. We did a walk through with the crew chief and were thrilled with the new ceilings and all of the wall/ceiling repairs. The workmanship was excellent and the clean up work was well done. Overall we were very happy and would highly recommend them.
These 3 gentleman worked extremely hard until 430pm, when i peeked inside to see a perfectly repaired & retextured ceiling and walls. I could not have been happier with their hard work and skill. They did an amazing job & have no problem recommending them to anybody. They cleaned up their mess and it looks like they were never there!!! From start to finish it has been a excellent experience. Great customer service, can't say enough good things.

quick, efficient popcorn removal (a couple hours!), a little longer time than expected for the texturing - getting slightly sloppy at the end (assume due to fatigue of the workers?) - which dragged out the project for another day

They did a fantastic job. From the initial phone estimate to the final clean up, the employees were professional, courteous and thorough. They delivered everything they promised on every aspect of the job. The job was not easy since we have seventeen foot high ceilings in a portion of the house and wood floors throughout.
