Communicated really well with us during the rain , which delayed and made the job a little more difficult but it came out really well

Have reviewed before and am returning to warn people about this contractor. This guy takes advantage of senior citizens! The tile job Bruce did failed 5 years after installation. He refused to back up his work. It cost me $7,000 to have it done again. GET A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE FROM THIS LOUSY CONTRACTOR Be aware, very aware.

Bruce deserves both our respect and our business. He is a genuine professional, and treated our project like he would his own home. We are still astonished to actually have found a contractor who is honest, reliable, competent and a pleasure to work with. Bruce is a fine person of excellent character, and both of our dogs liked him, which says a lot to us! You need not look further. Pacific One is the real deal. I am an architect, and this is the first time EVER that I can actually recommend a contractor.

Bruce and Ron did a fantastic job on what turned out to be a pretty complex project. Work was done with fine precision, cleaned up afterwards, and were very friendly.

Scott and his partner did a outstanding job extending my patio fence. They went the extra mile on this project. I would highly recommend them and I certainly will use them in the future if the need arises..

Scott extended a wall all the up to 12 foot ceiling closing in a ledge protruding from a closet. It looks neat, you can't even tell where the extension starts unless you know. Later on Jeff painted the whole room. We are happy, they finished on time as promised.

Ron did a fantastic job,. would hire them again.

They were careful and were wiling to do extra. I was pleased and would call them again.

I needed a painter AND a repairman. It turns out Pacific One does everything! They were able to start earlier than expected and, since I was in a time crunch, this was perfect. The painting was done "the old fashioned way" which means by-hand, and it's fantastic. This paint job will last years. The repairs were completed with the utmost attention to detail. I've put them at the top of my vender list! I'll hire them whenever I need work done. Very highly recommended!

The job was satisfactory for a great price. It was not the best paint job, but everybody was pleasant to deal with.

Brendon did an excellent job painting a very large, high ceilinged room, and an outside deck. He was a great communicator during the entire three day period and would always let me know if he was going to be late (who does that anymore?). He was very conscientious about the quality of his work and treated the job as if he were painting his own home. I would not hesitate to use Brendon again for any of my painting needs.

Did what I ask them to do and that just great with me.

We think there is only 1 word to describe the guys that painted our kitchen, bath , and hallway and that is "Stellar". This could have been their home the way they they meticulously fixed every issue prior to painting. We valued their great communication skills, and their suggestions on paint colors. They were so much better than anyone we have ever hired that we can see no reason to hire anyone else to do repairs and other up grades to our house. Wow there are people out there that do take pride in their work! Thanks for the great job Pacific One!!!!
