PPB did not finish our kitchen remodel and a complaint was filed with the CCB. This contractor walked away from this business after my complaint was filed and their license was suspended. The owner started a new business called Isaac Marin VIP.

New master bedroom, new staircase with a straight run, I could not be happier! I was happy with the qaulity of the workmanship, input on form and function, and commitment to start and end dates. I was pleasantly surprised at how the crews listened to my priorities and delivered accordingly. They also took great care with my two little dogs being under foot. I highly recommend Pacific Premium Builders for your next remodel or home improvement project.

I have liked that they have been very communicative and very flexible. When we wanted to make changes, they have been very accommodating with costs. If there is something we wanted to do and it ended up not looking feasible, they would take expenses off of the job. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them a future.

Thanks to Jerry and Issac, the owners at Pacific Premium Builders I now have the beautiful bathroom I always wished for. They impressed me with their professionalism and good communication. Also the cost estimate seemed very fair to me. The remodel of my bathroom involved demolishing everything down to the studs and removal of a jacuzzi tub. Jerry came to the house everyday to monitor  plumbing and electrical work as well as all other work to be done for the completion of the remodel. Jerry is a perfectionist and among other projects, he made sure that the tile work of my shower and floor would be perfect. I liked the fact that I was responsible for the purchase of plumbing fixtures, vanity lighting and tiles. Jerry gave me good advice on where to make these purchases at a reasonable cost. Both were always available if I had a question and their inputs on certain aspects of the remodel were an improvement on my vision. They were easy to work with and I appreciate all that they did to make this bathroom project run very smoothly. I am so happy to have chosen PPB for my bathroom remodel and will certainly use Jerry and his company for another bathroom I want to remodel. I highly recommend Pacific Premium Builders!

They were pleasant to work with, no surprises and Isaac the owner was exact with the estimate. They finished quickly, were really quiet and cleaned up after themselves. I will highly recommend and use them, again.

Remodeling a kitchen is a pretty major under taking, and was quite an investment for us, so we wanted to go with someone we felt confident with, and after our first meeting with Jerry and Issac, (a meeting totally set around our schedule, btw) we felt like a team. Often, with contractors, after everything is signed you never see the owners again. Not the case with PPB, the owners, and project manager were there everyday, checking in, and documenting the progress. Speaking of progress, our full-kitchen remodel was finished 4 weeks ahead of schedule, and included many cool features and ideas they included in the design. PPB also greatly minimized the pain-in the butt that goes with having major construction done about ten feet from your bedroom. They sectioned off the entire work area with double sided tarp, and had lock box, so we had a lot of privacy and relatively little dust through out the job, (and left the place every night way cleaner than it was before we hired them). This kind of endeavor is never easy, there's always problems, and they handled all of them with ease and grace. (At least on our end) In fact for us, that's one of the best qualities about PPB is that they soak up all the headaches involved in a project of this scope; permits, inspections, a multitude of (borderline unreasonable) requests from their clients, all taken care of with a "no problem" attitude. And our kitchen looks better than we ever imagined. Highly recommend.
