We did not have a good experience with Paderick Marshall and Sunset construction LLC. He came out and gave us a quote for a back patio, we explained to him what we wanted and he assured us that he would be able to do the job. We wanted a simple concrete patio that went along our side yard. He got here Tuesday June 9, We were never told that there was even a possibility that the truck would be driving into our back yard, and causing massive amounts of damage to our new sod. He didn?t order enough concrete from the concrete company, and partially poured our side yard stating ?The company didn?t bring enough concrete.? And the told us he could get it up and we would be able to cut ties at the back patio. He couldn?t get the concrete up in the side yard. We were also told the concrete company charges extra for gas, which isn?t true. He did not take any responsibility for the damages, and continued to try and up charge us for his mistakes. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
