We live in a townhouse and got tired of the poor care (or lack there of) of the plantings around our house. Like most associations they are low on funds and so don't have extra dollars to replace the dying plants that were originally provided by the developer. <br /> We decided that it was worth the investment on our part to have it redone. Gentleman that came to do the estimate was on time, professional and explained that the plants we had were not good for the amount of light and soil that we had. He provided the estimate with in a week and we scheduled the work. <br /> Work was done while we were at work and came home to lovely plantings with no mess left. They left instructions on care of plants and a note saying to call with questions. It is incredible the difference it made in the look around our house, we have brick on the front that was completely covered by dead/overgrown evergreens--we now have a variety of lovely plants that are small and will continue to grow (our request) but never cover the brick again. We have a one year warranty on plants so not worried if they don't make it through the winter. Very pleased and would recommend. <br />

The staff is helpful when I need assistance. They have guarantees on a lot of their trees and shrubs and larger plants. The popcorn machine is awesome as well. <br />

Some plants didn'survive, and some were placed too close to others, not taking into account growth, but overall it was a good experience. I still go back to their greenhouses, as they have fabulous variety and quality. <br />

Amazing. Walking around Pahl's is a treat in itself! The staff was so helpful in helping me find unique plants that can survive in a shade garden. I do think they are a little pricey, however, the quality and selection of plants makes the price worth it. We brought our plants home, got them in the ground and they are all doing fantastic. We definitely recommend Pahl's. Also...they have the most adorable golden retriever that "works" there. I could have pet him all day! :) <br />

We are very pleased with the plan. It created a couple of garden "islands" in our otherwise bland backyard. The work was done on schedule and with minimal disruption. The plants are maturing nicely. We plan to have them do a plan and installation for our front year this season.

They are good. We have used them quite a bit for plants and things like that. We haven't had any issues with them. I would use them again in the future.

They provided us a wonderful landscape plan. We then pulled out all of the existing shrubs, but had Pahl's prepare the new dirt, grading and beds for the new plants. They also installed some landscape rock and steps. They did VERY good work and we have been very satisfied with their products and work, even two years later now! I'd recommend giving them a try.

They were meticulous in making sure that we were in agreement with the design and helped us to keep costs down. They arrived promptly every morning and, given our unseasonably cold and wet spring, were judicious about when they could work and when they couldn't. The workers were pleasant to have around. They were very careful about not damaging any of our yard to the point of carrying all materials and equipment to the back yard instead of using heavy machinery. At the end of the process they did not leave until all of our questions were answered, we were completely satisfied and they had completely cleaned up. They put the finishing touches on the patio and the yard this morning and it all looks as if it has been here forever. I have been a customer of Pahl's for 25 years but had no idea that they had a landscaping business until we talked to a neighbor. Pahl's is now our landscaper.

This by far has been the best experience with a service related to my house in 15 years. The price was outstanding and the quality of work is exceptional. Every day I smile when I look at my yard. Jason did a great job, including follow-up, and notified me immediately of an issue and got it corrected with no additional cost to myself. I will use them in the future for anything I can and would recommend them to everyone that would listen.
