I reviewed all the pest control companies listed on Angie's list. After reviewing all I found that Painless Wildlife lRemoval is the most humane trappers. I had a group of feral cats that needed to be removed. Three adults, four teenagers, and four kittens. They take them to a vet who gives them a physical then have them adopted out. Thanks to Painless Wildlife Removal I am at ease knowing these cats are going to be taken care of in the way that I was unable to.

Extremely happy with the results that I got from these fellas. Needed to get 11 feral cats, three adults, four teenagers and four babies removed. They are so good at what they did for me and learned they will come out for any wild animal. Whether it be in your attic or under your house. Tried to overcharge for service. Could not trust.

No Call, No Show......really pissed me off. On day of appointment, I finally called them, Hours after appointment time, stated, "Sorry, will get back to you". That was several days ago. Still waiting.

From start to finish, this company was outstanding. He called me immediately and came to my property within a couple hours to resolve the "Dead Possum" removal. His rates were better than all the companies I contacted. Very reasonable. I will for sure use this company if I ever find myself needed their services again.

I expected the trapper to check in each morning and I had to call him 2 or 3 times to inquire what he was planning to do next and when. I also expected a more thorough decontamination. He went up into the opening and sprayed something for a few minutes. I expected him to go into the attic and all around because the raccoons had been on all sides of the attic for 2 weeks. However we cannot detect any odor after 4 days. Mitch was polite and businesslike and answered all of questions. Fingers crossed that our raccoon problem is over. We will call them back if we see any more. I'm glad that we have the 1 year warranty.â °

The guys were very polite and reassuring that â ourâ raccoon would be relocated to a great habitat . They even took the time to send me a video of his release into his new home. Did a great job for the 7 days the trap was set. Caught 2 opossums and 1 raccoon during this time. Mitch is the ultimate professional and answers all questions regarding his service. Mitch, of Painless Wildlife Removal and Preventions, LLC is a professional in the services provided. I had a problem with what I believed to be a raccoon coming through my yard and leaving nasty scat. Mitch set up and baited a trap, which he kept in place for 7 days. On the first night we caught a large opossum. Mitch responded and removed the opossum and baited/reset the trap. On the second night we caught a large male raccoon. Mitch again responded, removed the raccoon, baited and and reset the trap. A couple of days went by with nothing caught. Then, on the final night, we caught yet another opossum. Mitch responded and removed the opossum. I am extremely satisfied with Mitch's professionalism and response time. Money well spent, and I would use this service again and recommend to anyone having a problem with critters.
