At first ok, however on the scheduled last day when I paid in full the project was incomplete. The owner was to come back on Monday to touch up and finish the bathroom which wasn’t even touched and finish the bedroom. I reached out on Saturday as the color wasn’t turning out as we planned and asked if we could change knowing we would have to pay more for it. He said it would be fine and would send someone out. Nobody ever showed up nor was the project completed. I called and texted and nearly a week later he stated he was Sick and would get someone out all while my house was in a mess. I continued to reach out by phone and text and still no answer and nobody ever showed up so I had to hire another painter to finish the job so I could get my house back in order as I also bought new furniture and was having surgery. I texted this to the owner he finally replied and stated he would send someone out to pick up the supplies they left and sorry for the inconvenience. Very rude and unprofessional. There was so many touch ups that needed to be done in the living room and dinning baseboards incomplete not to mention the bathroom barely touched and his lack of concern and not wanting to correct the problem. I would certainly pay for the extra paint and different color and understand about him getting sick but not him stating he would take care of it and not sending someone out nor ignoring my calls and text

We had a wonderful experience with Nicholas. He was quick to respond and our project was completed in a timely and professional manner. Very reasonably priced and great communication during the project. I highly recommend Nicholas and Straight Edge Painting.

Great! Nicholas was quick to get me an estimate and perform the work exactly when he said it would be done. No hiccups. We are considering repainting the exterior of the home and will use him again.
