This company lives up to its name. The painters did a superb job of patching and painting the exterior of the house and the rod iron fence around the pool. They dedicated a lot of time to mask and cover windows, doors and other items so as not to get paint on them. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use their services for the interior painting of the house.

Fernando and his team did a superb job painting our 2 story home exterior. They were meticulous in their work and our home has never looked better!

Fernando and team were professional, dependable , excellent communication, kept me abreast of the project and explained what they were doing and why. The highest quality paint job we have had and their prices beat out 4 other bids we obtained. We have a difficult home to paint that required much stucco repair. Their attention to detail and the incredible prep work they did differentiate them from others. Would use Fernando and team again and highly recommend them to others.

Top Tier is excellent. They pay attention to detail and keep you informed as they go along as to what they are doing that day and what they expect to be doing the next day. When the job was done Fernando walked around with me to be sure everything was done to my liking. He is really a perfectionist and makes sure everything is well done before he and his crew leave. My 1,860 square foot adobe brick house and patio wall were in bad need of repair and painting. Much of the paint had peeled and portions of the brick needed repair. I requested several bids including one from Top Tier (“TT”). What initially caught my attention was TT’s choice of three options bases on which Sherwin Williams paint was selected. Their “Duration” paint came with a TT 10-year color warranty against fading. Further, Fernando Orduno, who owns and operates TT with his wife Nataly, impressed me with his detailed proposal and knowledge and attention to the project. Fernando assigned two experienced young employee brothers to the job. Under Fernando’s close supervision they worked tirelessly for days to scrape and repair the brick where needed. Fernando examined the work each day and pointed out areas that needed further attention. The project took a total of eleven days to complete due to meticulous attention to detail and Fernando’s high standards. TT worked as long as necessary to achieve the excellent outcome demanded by Fernando. I am very pleased with the outcome and recommend you request a bid from TT if your house needs painting.

Top Tier Painting & Drywall did a very nice job painting the exterior of my home as well as interior/exterior drywall repair work (carport ceiling and living room wall damaged by a prior roof leak). Before work started, they were patient and flexible in waiting for the HOA approval that was needed in advance of the proposed paint job, which involved a partial exterior color change. The crew worked efficiently to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. They also did a great job cleaning up and moving furniture and other items back into place after the work was completed. Neighbors who have seen the work done on my house are interested in hiring Top Tier as well.

I had two separate projects performed by TTP&D. When the job was done, I was very impressed with the work. I was more impressed with the professional, kind, and patient demeanor of the TTP&D team and TTP&D leadership. As a first time home-buyer, TTP&D could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but the team took the time to explain why their work was superior to other companies. They provided very very fair pricing, and were willing to work around my hectic schedule

We just had our house repainted by Top Tier. I was nervous about doing brand new colors, but they did a great job getting full coverage! Reasonably priced and they got us on the schedule quickly. I went from being embarrassed about our house’s exterior look to feeling proud. Their team were super accommodating of our schedule/garage usage and were kind and professional. They even texted us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with how it was going and about the service we were receiving. They were receptive to my feedback/requests for small touch up areas when we did the walk through. Would hire again!

Went very well. Crew was on time and polite. Only one criticism. Not all outdoor furniture were not put back in the original place. Not much of an issue. Recommend crew announces its arrival and when leaving.
