We originally hired Waylon and PPNYC to skim and paint our entire apartment after construction. We ended up giving the entire gut renovation project to Waylon after transitioning from our prior contractor. It was an extremely tough job. We had 3 months to finish. The project was a challenging. Waylon and his team had to hit the ground running and in some cases work from scratchâ ¦without a planâ ¦with 3rdparty electrical/plumbing teamsâ ¦ and inherited material delivery delays and logistics issues. Long story short: Waylon and his team at Painting & Projects NYC saved our home. He and his team are nothing short of heroes given the time frame, the scope, and all the various issues that popped up along the way. In an industry not known for being always client-centric, and for quality service, easy communication, and transparency â ¦ we found all of these qualities in Waylon and PPNYC. We really, really, really got lucky and we will forever be grateful for the work and the help they gave us. We had mentally prepared ourselves to accept an okay home. We ended up with something beautiful. We couldnâ t have done it without Waylon and his team. Itâ s without any hesitation and qualification that we would highly recommend his team!

Waylon and his team are amazing! Our project was a full gut reno of a comercial space. The space was scary to say the least. Waylon understood my vision of a retro space with specific details and expanded upon them! Within two months the space was transformed. I recently worked with Painting and Projects NYC to paint an empty apartment to get it ready for sale. The quality and professionalism of Waylon and his crew totally exceeded my expectations. I received estimates from three companies and Waylonâ s price was the most reasonable and stood out because he included work items in the price that others wanted to itemize as extras. I was concerned that since it was an empty apartment for sale they would not be as focused in doing a high quality job as if I were living there. My concern turned out to be totally unfounded since the significant plastering and painting done was excellent. The walls and ceilings were as smooth as new and there was not one area that needed to be re-done. Building staff went in to look at the work and said that they would recommend Waylon to others looking to do painting because they thought his work was such high quality and the workers were so neat. The new floors had been polished before they painted and when the job was done the floors looked as good as when they started. The apartment was so clean and neat that it looked like they had a professional cleaning company come in when they finished the job. I wish all interactions with contractors would be as pleasant and easygoing as with Waylon. He was very responsive and asked several times if there was anything that I was not totally happy with because he would be sure it was addressed. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend Painting and Projects NYC and they will be my first choice for any future work in this area. Waylonâ s customer focus and willingness to ensure his clientâ s total satisfaction make him standout from the competition, as does the excellent quality of work exemplified in everything they do.

AMAZING company, they do fantastic work, incredibly responsive, and are a joy to work with! Waylon is on top of everything and is so responsive and easy to work with, by far the best company I have ever worked with, and I have done several renovations and used many different company's, I will only work with them in the future as well!

Waylon did not only a great job painting my apartment, but was an amazing communicator, keeping me in the loop with a couple of unforeseen issues. His team was punctual and fast, and even went above and beyond, re-sealing some water damage!
