Our team consist of personnel that have chosen this career field because we are all artist in our own right and we love what we do. Good enough is not good enough. We pride ourselves on a spirit of excellence. We are actively involved in our community from serving in our local churches to our community charities such as the MIFA program. We are currently mentoring youth through the MIFA Mentoring Program, sponsored by our very own Memphis Grizzlies. We also donate services to local charities such as the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Youth Villages and the Salvation Army. I bought a big deal and waited for a few days for a response to the days I selected to have the job done. I selected days a week out and waited a couple days to be told what worked. After 3 business days I still hadn't heard anything and called the company. They promptly got back to me and we figured a day out to make it happen. There seemed to be some confusion between Angies List communicating to them. I would advise future prospects to call the company after purchasing a big deal to confirm everything and avoid confusion. Beyond that the service and quality met/exceeded my expectations. Will use them again in the future. <br>

I purchased a big deal and had the master bedroom, master bathroom, accent wall painted and they did some minor drywall <br /> repair. Definitely will hire this company again. <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>They did a great job. They were very professional, from the initial quoting process all the way through to completing the work. The interior took a week, right at the timing they estimated. The exterior took a week and a half, a bit longer than anticipated. The quality of all the work performed was very good.</p> <p>Victor was in contact with me regularly. When he determined the exterior work would take longer than expected, he let me know, provided an updated timeline and confirmed that it would work with our schedule.</p> <p>I gladly recommend Paintmaster Plus and plan to use them again.</p> <br />

I appreciate all the hard work of Victor and Paul. It was so hot outside, but they persevered. My house had not been painted in many (many) years, and needed a lot of work. They replaced so many areas of rotten wood, that I cannot even list them all. Then, of course, they painted our house and shutters. They were positive, professional, and hardworking. My house looks beautiful. <br />

Excellent painters, exceptionally professional and courteous! They used Sherwin Williams (high quality) paint and worked very quickly. The walls look amazing - very straight and smooth. Victor is a perfectionist! I am so thrilled to have found them and will certainly be scheduling them for our next project.

Victor and crew arrived around 9am and immediately began to work moving and covering furniture and patching walls. They were very courteous, professional and worked steadily until job was done. I don't think they ever took a break. There were three men her for nine hours. The price was incredibly reasonable. The finished job was awesome. They didn't cut any corners. If the walls needed sanding then they sanded, if another coat was needed then they gave it another coat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I give them five stars!!!!!!

Great! Mr. Matthews was on time. He called prior to arrival. He repaired an area of damaged drywall near an outlet in a bedroom. It was professionally done, and I'm very pleased. He even took the time to help me pick out paint colors for the interior of my home! I'm definitely using his company for my painting needs. <br />

What I like most is the quality of the work. It's very good. They come here at about 8:30 to 9:00 which is pretty decent. It gives me time to get myself together when they come in. I wouldn't want them to come in earlier than that. What I can say about them is that they were with me to ensure that I got the right colors and eventually I'm going to be pleased. Even when he gave me a price quote, I made a few changes in the midst of him painting my house. He's used to dealing with women because we change our mind a lot. He has the patience in dealing with me. He helped me choose colors. I picked a color and I wanted to make sure that the color went with whatever I wanted to do. He worked with me on that. The job took a little longer. It wasn't with what he did but because I made some changes in the middle of him doing it. It took about a week to finish. He's patient and he's experienced in a lot of things. He is professional and knowledgeable. The pricing was a little bit high. I was very pleased with the quality if work that he provided.

I love the service. The guy was prompt. He told me when he was beginning, when he was going to finish. About moving furniture, I thought I had to move stuff around, he told me all I needed to do was get out of the way. He took care of everything. I would recommend him to anyone. I'll contact him in a few months because I have some more painting I needed done.

Victor is a great professional painter. His willingness to work around our schedule was a nice change. We have an old house where none of the walls are straight, but the painting was great. Everything was cleaned up afterwords and he started and finished on time. Definitely use this company if you need interior painting done. <br />

A week before Christmas, I realized I had not made an appointment for Paint Master Plus to paint my 12 year old's room for Christmas. They had previously done an awesome job painting my living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and foyer so I definitely wanted to rehire them. Upon my initial call, they informed me that they were completely booked. I explained that my 12 year old's primary wish for Christmas was to have her room repainted. While they could not guarantee service before Christmas, they said they would do their best to accomodate me. My daughter and I were so happy when Victor Mathews was able to fit us in before Christmas! Their workmanship is great, they clean up after themselves and they are completely professional.
