We had a great experience with Paint the Dmv. Freddie and Abwell did a great job communicating and did wonderful work. We have a dog and they were great with her as well. We will be calling this company next time we need work done!

Highly recommend Paint the DMV, LLC. They just wrapped up a three-story interior painting project for us, including walls, trim, and ceilings. I was especially impressed by their prep work; they beautifully repaired and feathered out some nasty settling cracks along our basement drywall before painting, and the final result is seamless. The crew was professional, arrived on time, and was incredibly respectful of our home. Will absolutely use them again.

Great interactions with estimate, project coordination, and actual project completion. They painted our foyer, living room, and dining room. The dining room needed wallpaper removed from lower half of wall and the upper half had a dark color that we wanted changed back to off white. They did excellent work in each room, fair price, and finished on time without any issues. Already planning to work with them again on another project.

Stephen from the office was very communicative and made sure everything was going smoothly throughout the process. There was something so inherently honest about this company , no hard sell at all. The crew was punctual , professional and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with our front porch painting experience! From start to finish, the crew went above and beyond our expectations. They arrived on time each day, worked quickly and efficiently, and showed incredible attention to detail with plastic wrapping and taking care to cover our plants. That is what impressed us most was how careful they were—protecting surrounding areas and making sure every corner and surface was done right. The finished porch looks absolutely beautiful, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find contractors who combine speed with such precision and care, but they truly delivered on all fronts. Highly recommend! Will definitely hire again! Price was great!

The representatives were knowledgeable and the painters were timely, did an excellent job painting and put everything back in its place when all was completed. We would definitely have them back for other jobs.

I cannot thank Stephen and Marvin enough for their prompt attention to my work request. They were very responsive for making my estimate and changes I requested based on work. I found their attention to detail and upfront pricing to be very refreshing and honest. Further, once we agreed on the deal terms, they were able to schedule the work within a week. Their painting crew was quick, clean and very respectful to my family and I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to others. Perfectly! Marvin and his crew did a wonderful job, cleaned up after and verified all work was done to my satisfaction. I will be using them again next year on my next project. I'd recommend Marvin and his crew to anyone for a great job at a fair price!!!

Marvin and his crew were on time for the appointments. An estimate was provided that was quite reasonable. The work quality was better than expected. He met the schedule that was provided. I would recommend the company for their work.

They were quick to respond and professional, although pricey. We were willing to pay higher prices based on promised features. They were supposed to move furniture where needed and cover everything needing protection. Rather than moving furniture They stood on some of it (on bed with shoes) and left paint smudges on a light fixture and a few spots on the carpet. They were very quick, perhaps too quick. Which is why they seemingly took shortcuts. We had to bring them out a second day for the ceiling spots (painting over textured ceilings) they missed. So disappointed for the price we paid.

Marvin, Stephen and crew were prompt, efficient, courteous and did an amazing job. They are honest, trustworthy and highly skilled. I appreciate their attention to detail and will call upon them for future projects.
