The worst company I have ever dealt with. A 3 to 4 week job lasted 10 weeks. They tried to cut corners in every way possible. Some days they would show up to work and some days they wouldn?t... didn?t show up for a whole week. We had a smart toilet installed, and it should?ve been on its own breaker. The Contractor should have known this, but instead, he tied it in with the lights. So every time you use the toilet, the lights flicker. He refuses to have the electrical problem fixed and because of the electrical problem the toilet no longer works properly and Nick refuses to replace the toilet. They left trash and debris all over the house. Dust filled the house. The most incompetent company I have ever worked with. Horrible workmanship. Take your time and research a good respectable company to do your remodel. Nick and Adam at Palace can talk to talk? nice as they can be, but their work is horrible and they don?t stand by it. They did this to my 84-year-old mother.

They remodeled the master bath for ADA compliant. They widen the door to the bathroom. Upgraded the cabinet and revised a closet. They also upgraded the hall bath. Painted the whole house. The crew were polite and careful with moving our furniture everything was covered and protected. They were always willing to make corrections and changes. I will definitely hire them again for a project.

They do a piss poor job with cheap labor and ZERO accountability. They did renovations at my house and quite literally EVERYTHING is falling apart. They did a lousy sloppy job!! All the cabinets in my kitchen are falling apart. Horrible paint on the cabinet which is chipping off, leaks in my bathroom down to my kitchen. Had to have a plumber come in and repair the damage they caused and when you reach out to them they give you the run around and NEVER come back! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!

They articulated every detail of what the project would consist of perfectly to me, and gave me a great deal compared to other contractors Iâ ve reached out to. Highly would recommend to anyone that wants trustworthy service and does their work with accuracy and precision.
