The service was great. He didn't question anything that I asked him to do. Whatever I asked of him, he did. He was very open with his availability coming out whenever I was free. He is a very pleasant man, very respectable, listening to what your needs are for your home. He listened to what I wanted first without telling me what I needed beforehand. After you tell him what your needs are, he tells you what he can do for you. He was on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. He gives you time to prepare and makes sure it is still okay to come out to do the work. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Went great, Rene is very knowledgeable and professional, I hired him on the spot to place food traps on perimeter to keep rats away from property. He recommended to get a different company to come and do rat dropping removal and to seal and proof the crawlspace. His service would prevent future rats from coming into property. He will come back to check and service them.
