Jacob did an excellent job managing my roof replacement, and getting it up to code after water/wind/hail damage. I hired him for the job after he did other miscellaneous jobs around my house, including exterior home painting, hot water heater replacement, fans and light installations, etc. He's an ace of all trades! I highly recommend him!

Jacob did a great job getting my roof replaced. He worked with my previous insurance provider and got them to pay for my roof replacement. I only had to pay the deductible plus the additional work I requested. Jacob explained what work would be done and answered all my questions patiently. He's now my go-to guy not just for roof replacement, but also handyman jobs and remodeling.

We hired Jacob to perform some ceiling work. We had removed <br /> the acoustic “popcorn” ceiling, and what was left over our head was in fact <br /> over our head to remodel. Jacob came in and finished 2 ceilings with orange <br /> peel after doing a ton of sanding and build up to make the ceiling appear flat, <br /> which it clearly was not when he started. The experience was similar in another <br /> room where the ceiling was also very wavy when he started and it appears very <br /> flat after he was done. Jacob was very busy and came in worked quickly, and <br /> left to work on other jobs while things dried. Jacob showed up when he said he <br /> would and was always on time. Customer service is very important to Jacob. Jacob <br /> was the only contractor we contacted (at least 5) who would call us back. I <br /> would recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a skilled contractor. Jacob was <br /> very reasonable and fair on price. <br />

I have tried for many months to find an electrician or handy man who would replace a ceiling fan in my vaulted den ceiling with no luck. My daughter introduced us to Jacob Clyde of Paladin Remodeling for an estimate to paint my bathroom. I asked him if he could replace the fan in the den and, after looking at the way it needed to be installed, he agreed and gave me an estimate and a list of things to buy. Jacob came out yesterday and in a matter of two hours had the old fan off, the new fan on, and the electric switches operating correctly. <br /> Jacob is basically a one-man operation and is very hard to pin down! He was able to sandwich me in between two large remodels he has on his schedule. As he was leaving he noticed a light fixture we needed to replace and in five minutes he had taken care of that one too! <br /> I may have had to wait a little to have this work done, but it was certainly worth the wait. There is little that Jacob is not able to fix around the house, whether large or small.

He was really good he basically gave us our life back. We had water damage and were living on concrete floors for 2 months. We two other contractors out before and they were trying to cut corners and we lost $2000.00 due to the other contractors. He had to come in and fix some of the stuff the other contractors did wrong. He showed up on time every day and went above and beyond on fixing little things that he didn't have to do for us.
