Carlos did a great job. He was very responsive and timely. We got multiple estimates for this job and he was the only person who went under the house to inspect the pipes in order to give an accurate estimate. They showed up on time and were very courteous.

Palafox was excellent. Arrived on time (on the dot), did all the work in under 2 hours at the quoted price and cleaned up carefully when done. I couldn't be happier with the work. This was the replacement of an angle-stop and installing a new toilet in a condominium complex, where they needed to shut off the water to the entire building briefly to complete the work. So a bit high-stress, but no problems. I would use them again for any issues that come up.
