Palermo Flooring Inc I recently had the pleasure of working with **Palermo Flooring Inc**, and they truly saved the day. After a frustrating experience with another company due to their careless work, I was in a panic to find someone reliable. That’s when I came across Palermo Flooring. Upon meeting with the owner, **Matthew Bruno**, I explained the situation. He quickly assessed the condition of my floors, as we were planning to refinish and stain the hardwood in six rooms. Matthew and his team of 2 to 3 specialists were everything I hoped for: prompt, respectful, and highly professional. They were incredibly patient and even great with pets, which was a huge plus. Their workmanship was exceptional, leaving my floors looking stunning. The team was clean, courteous, and meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend Palermo Flooring Inc enough. If you don’t hire them, you’re truly missing out on top-notch service. ---

Palermo Flooring was very professional. They gave me a free estimate and guided me through the whole process. They had me pick out four samples of stain colors and then put them on my floors. One of my floors was cherry while the rest was oak so I was concerned about how the stain would look on them. I made a decision and all went well. I even got complements from my neighbors. There were no surprises and once the job was over I dropped off the final payment to their office. I have since recommended them to two other friends who have also used them.

excellent. Pricing was fair and reasonable. they ran into a problem with water on the subfloor. they held the job up to allow the subfloor to dry and to give me time to make sure I did not have an ongoing leak . in summary they did it the right way. they could have gone right over the damp subfloor and I would not have known! Installers were tidy. I had constant communication with Danielle at the office. i am very happy and would recommend Palermo

Perfect! I highly recommend this company. I have hired them twice to in the past 6 years to sand and stain my floors. This last time was because I had a pipe burst.

Palermo Flooring, Inc. was hired to replace about 1700 square feet of wood flooring in my home. The workers were punctual, professional, courteous and hard-working. They did a fantastic job--from the planning process at the start to the quality of the flooring to the workmanship -- the entire experience was excellent. My floors look beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Initially it went well. Looked beautiful. After a few months the flooring separated in a few places. Called them. They came and determined that it was normal and they couldn’t do anything. I’m very unhappy with my flooring.

amazing. the floors look brand new. they are slightly higher in price but worth ever penny that i spent. i dealt with both matt and ben and they really cared. ben taught me what to look for and what product i should use. he took the time to educate me on the process. matt checked the colors and since i was not around sent me pictures to make sure i was pleased with the match. i ended up relying on his experience and that was the best decision i made. the women who clean my house were also amazed at the difference this made. they took palermo floor info to recommend to their other clients. this was the best decision i made.

Palermo Flooring is one of the few Bona Certified Flooring Contractors that, as required by law, is Licensed in Nassau County and neighboring counties and for a fee willing to move the furniture within your property so that you do not have to hire a separate moving company. Another contractor had told us that some of our old solid red oak floors, hidden under carpets for many years and original to our 1920's built home, were too old for refinishing and needed to be replaced. Palermo Flooring revitalized, seamlessly replaced and repaired our wood floors where needed. They did a beautiful job. The crew they sent also was very careful about moving our furniture and did a great job doing that. Used: Bona Traffic HD, Satin Finish, custom color.

They did a decent jobs on the floors, but the price was expensive. They also blew out my outlet with their equipment and would not pay for it & were very confrontational when I asked them to pay for it. No a great experience.

They did a good job. There are a couple of places where the connectors are a little shaky. They could have a better quality of work. I probably would less likely to use them again.

Oh yes they did do some work for me, it was pretty good, the only problem I had out with them is it took longer than initially estimated and I give that to a lot of stuff going out through the storm other than the work was good.
