There was no additional charge on top of the $99 Big Deal. They came out almost two to three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. He was really nice and everything was really good. It is just that it took them a long time to get out here. They were busy, but they told me that if there was a cancelation, they would call me. They called me about a week-and-a-half later, but I was not available so we went back to the original date which I was not happy about. He was very good and I would use him again in the future as long as I would get an appointment earlier than three weeks.

The 2 guys came and installed it no problem, however they left without giving me a receipt or insurance certificate for damage done by electrical surges (As advertised in the Angies list Big Deal ) <br /> On 1/14/14 I messaged them through Angies list asking for my paperwork and got this response:?so sorry about that. First thing in the morning and thank you so much? <br /> On 1/15/2014 they requested my phone number which I gave them?still no paperwork. <br /> On 2/3/2014 I requested the paperwork again?no response <br /> On 2/22/2014 FPL did some work on the transformer next to my house and when the power when on it blew the power supply to my CCTV DVR.I messaged them again explaining the problem that day?.NO RESPONSE <br /> On 2/27/2014 I sent another message?.NO RESPONSE <br /> On 3/04/2014 I sent another?woo-woo got this response 2 MONTHS LATER ?? Your receipt was giving to you when you purchase your surge protector that is your receipt and your warranty.? Meaning that my receipt from Angies list was both my warranty and receipt.OK so who do I make a claim to for my damaged DVR?Angies list??Finally got a call from the owner Jerry ON 3/04/2014 who told me that the units he installed may have been inferior AND THE COMPANY THAT MADE THEN COULD NOT PROVIDE HIM WITH THE INSURANCE INFORMATION.. and he would call me tomorrow to set an appointment to install a different brand surge protector and would test the old on to see if it had done it?s job with the power surge from FPL ON 2/22/2014 <br /> Today 3/17/2014 called the office and left a message at 11am ?.it?s now 6pm and still no call. So here I am 10 months later begging these guys to give me some paperwork and I?m out $259 for a new DVR?Most people wouldn?t have been as nice as I have thus far

Had issues scheduling, but after that everything went fine.

This was a nightmare and save your self the stress and anxiety and find a professional to do the service. We paid for the service hot deal on May 13, 2014 but weren't able to get on there schedule until June 9th.  No one showed up and after several hours I called.  A women answered the phone with a baby crying and I thought I had the wrong number since she didn't mention the name of the business.  I was a little stunned and she hung up the phone before I could respond after yelling hello twice.  I called back a second time same women and baby but asked is this Palm Beach Property Pros. and she said yes.  <br /> I told her I had been waiting for service with no call and no show.  She said she would call me back.  She did and said they were in the attic (this was 4 hours after my appointment.)  She gave me a choice of 3 days and since we have already waited 3 weeks for an appointment I took June 13th and said I didn't understand why I had to wait another week when they didn't call or show up.  I should be next on the schedule.  She said that is all that is available.  <br /> Friday June 13th I get a call they aren't going to be able to make it and wanted to reschedule for a week later.  I said I didn't think this is good customer service when I had to wait three weeks for a no show and then another week for this appointment and now they can't make it.  She said she would call the owner.  They did show and installed a couple of ac outlets where the wires already existed and added a new outlet in the garage.  Then drilled a whole in the ceiling and said they would be back the next day to finish--never happened.  <br /> After several calls they finally called back and wanted to come over then but my husband was on an international business call and said he couldn't.  After several more calls we never heard back.  When I made the appoint I discussed that we had a number of jobs that would take longer than the deal time frame and wanted to schedule all the work and we would pay.  She said no problem they would take care of what ever we needed and bill us.  This conversation is in my Angie's message log.  Now we have a whole in the ceiling and need to find a new electrician.  DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! <br /> <br /> <br />

It worked out very well. We had some sockets were ground fault protected but the ground fault had failed. They also did some troubleshooting on other electrical problems on the property. They were great! It was a good value for the money.

They came out to the house and said I didn’t need the surge protection. They said I could use a pool plug which I could use the credit from the deal towards. They never came back to do the other service or call me back. I would hire them if they followed through on the service.

I purchased a landscape lighting package for $449. I called to have the service performed 3 weeks after the expiration date. That was obviously my fault. When I first called the company they were responsive and came out to the house to look at electrifying my gate. I then never got a word back or a quote for the job. When I called again (over and over) to try to get them to come look at the lighting job for which I paid, I got no response back. I understand that I was 3 weeks late, but for $449 they should show some courtesy and at least apply the funds to the job. Now I feel like I have been beaten for $449. Absolutely lousy experience with this company. Would not recommend. I really hate leaving a negative review but a review is forced upon anyone complaining by Angie's list to keep the integrity of the site and in order to get any satisfaction of the claim from Angies List.

It was a good experience, and everything went well.  The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a good job in all respects.  Furthermore, he didn't leave any messes, and he charged reasonable prices for the additional work.

I had t call over and over to schedule.  When I finally scheduled, he came three hours after the agreed upon time and I was not here since I had t go to the airport.  The second time it was scheduled, he was on time and quickly installed the surge protector and two <br /> dimmers.  He was very pleasant, cleaned up after himself quickly and seemed knowledgeable.   <br /> After my less than stellar experience schedulding I tried to call again and schedule an appointment to get an estimate on installing some outside lighting.  The appointment was made and nobody ever showed up.  There seems to be a problem with his office sceduling person but i won't call again even tho' I thought he was knowledgeable and nice.  It's important to me that people actually show up for appointments. <br /> <br /> <br />
