The whole experience from start to end was great, Isaiah was very patient and knowledgeable! We had a hard time deciding in-between two boats, and Isaiah took the time to go over them both with us. Not once did we feel like we were being rushed or pushed to pick the more expensive one of the two. Overall, we are still happy with our purchase thanks to Isaiah!

Very well! Right from the start Isaiah was very professional. Since I was brand new to kayaking, Isaiah explained the different types of kayaks and the experience each one provides. He used these examples as well as asked me questions to figure out what type of kayaking experience I would like. Isaiah was extremely good at listening to my wants and needs pertaining to the kayaks. He provided very informative answers. Isaiah presents himself in such a way that allows him to gain the trust of the customer quickly. It was apparent from his thoughtfully structured answers that educating the customer is of great importance to him. There wasn’t a single time that I felt pushed to make a purchase. Isaiah remained very thorough during my next few visits while I decided which kayak was the best fit for me. I’ve kept in touch with Isaiah these last few years since purchasing the kayaks and he’s treated me in the exact same caring and professional manner every single time we meet. Isaiah is definitely one of the most genuine gentlemen I know. He has a wonderful ability to really connect with the customer. Isaiah will definitely be a great asset to your company.
