Palm Tree Pools

So, this is a first. I've gone back and forth on whether I should write this updated review. I've concluded that I need to. This company has been amazing. They were one of the only ones I found who were willing to come clean our above ground pool on a consistent basis. They have been well worth the $300 a month price that I've paid them since about May of this year. That was the case, at least until today (10/5/24). I'd contacted them because I noticed that the floor of the pool wasn't cleaned as well as it normally was and to express concerns that no chlorine tablets were added (they usually add 4-6 each week). I asked if someone could come by to correct the floor and add the tablets. They assured me someone would try to stop by today or Monday to clean the floor and explained that the tablets were not needed because I had a high pH. I was cool with that. One of the people who runs the company came out and cleaned the pool himself. I thought cool I can always rely on him to help. T
