Dan is extremely courteous and conscientious. I called him in the evening for a clogged sewer line. He came out the next day. I then hired him to replace a water heater, 2 toilets and 2 sinks and faucets. He is polite, professional and I trust his skills and his integrity.

Dan was fantastic! He came on a Sunday afternoon to replace my water heater and some old valves under my sinks. He gave his actual price at the beginning and stuck to it - no hidden costs or surprises. He used quality materials and his workmanship was excellent. He fixed some mistakes he pointed out from previous plumbers, even though it took a little longer. He said he always does it right. He is a really good communicator, explaining what he is doing and why. His price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Panda Plumbing had their van parked at my neighbors and our garage disposal was not working so I called the number on the side of his van. Dan answered and said he would be right over once he finished up next door. Dan was able to repair our disposal without replacing it.

The first time Dan was here our laundry room was flooded. He came almost at midnight. He found the problem in the main line and stopped the water from coming in the laundry room. Dan also did the plumbing work when we got the tub out to install a shower and remodel the bathroom. He was very professional and cleaned after the job. So good that we asked him to install a farmer sink in the kitchen and do a jetting on the line. Again, a very professional job. We wont hesitate to ask him to do any plumbing work in our house.

I had a great experience with Dan. I called him about my water heater, and eve though he was in the suburbs and I live in the city, he came right away. Before coming, he asked for pictures of the broken unit, and when he arrived, he already had the new water heater with him, super prepared! He installed it quickly and efficiently, and even replaced a faulty water faucet valve in my shower while he was here. He was very friendly, very professional, and you can tell he is a family oriented person and very experienced who really cares about his work and helping people.
