I can't remember too many specifics as it was a while ago and not my house, but my parents. I do recall that they had a lower quote than the competition and did a great job. <br />

They were fine. I had a water clog and they had a problem with that. They finally came back and fixed the problem for me. It still didn't work, but they came out again to fix it. They were very fair and I think they're good plumbers.

I called on a Friday afternoon and the lady at the office apologized for not being able to get someone to my house until Monday. Not a big deal since it was a small leak, but it was kind of her to show that much concern. Plumber came out on Monday as promised and fixed the leak within a half hour. He was very polite and efficient. Cost was very reasonable. <br />

I did not see any part in his closed hand. He was here about three minutes. I feel I could have called any plumber for that amount, for that price. He was not too happy about the $9.00 discount.

Panther plumbing came out and cleared up a backed up toilet in my rental unit in Estero. There was an object embedded deep in the toilet and it was constantly backing up. It was difficult to get but he worked until it was resolved. We called him back later that day for a leaky sink in the downstairs bathroom. <br /> <br /> StoppeThe service man was very polite and professional and showed up on time. He saved me money by not charging for a second visit that was made in the same day. I am extremely pleased with Panther plumbing and will use them again.

The older in-warranty heater was dying/dead, turned off and the and quot;warrantyand quot;service provider quoted an outrageous price for the and quot;laborand quot; to install a new one. The price was so high that I decided to buy a new one of a different manufacture. I turned to Angie's List and found Panther Plumbing, a company that carried the brand I wanted, and called. Shirley Vogel answered the phone and immediately I realized this company was truly professional. She was beyond courteous, informative, helpful and optimistic. I inquired about a different model than the one they normally carried. Shirley was not sure that a different model could be obtained immediately, but she would check. Minutes later, she called back confirming that the model I wanted was available. After checking with Tom, product specialist who had all the details of this new model, I was sure that this model was ideal. <br /> A few hours later, Tom arrived with my new water heater, followed within minutes by a master plumber, Doug! I had never had such an immediate response ever in Florida!!!! <br /> Basically my day began at 7:30 with the sad realization that the word and quot;warrantyand quot; means absolutely nothing and ended at 5:30 with a brand new perfect water heater quickly, carefully and professionally installed by a company that deserves everyone's business. <br /> Courteous, professional, gracious...there simply is a whole new vocabulary of positive adjectives to be used in connection with Panther Plumbing. Thank you all! <br />

He came out as agreed, fixed it while I was not there, called and told me the problem and I came back and gave them a check. I got a receipt and happy the job was done.

I believe that their repair and work ethic was very professional.

I called on Thursday to have them come to see about an odor in our hot water. They responded immediately and were here within two hours. Turned out to be a bad anode in the water heater. While Glenn was here, he inspected two toilets and fixed the flapper in one and installed a new flush system in the other. I opted to not replace the anode, but rather install a new water heater, Glenn called the office and said it would be installed here the next morning. At 9:00 today Glenn showed up and had the old heater removed and the new one installed within one hour! Very professional and they know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.
