Grant was very friendly and professional! My pool was a disaster after a storm and not being properly cared for, but he got it sparkling and ready to use for the 4th of July! I definitely recommend!

I would like to take the moment to write a review and share my dissatisfaction with this company. Of the 6 months of service our pool has been dirty about 50% of the time. We continue to try and reach out to them via text and email asking for things to be cleaned. Most of the times the owner ignores our calls. Sometimes they state someone will be coming out but then no one ends up coming out. The owner states he will take care of it... and then things are ok for maybe a week or two and then we have the same problem again. It has been a really frustrating experience. I understand they are very busy... however, all we want is a clean pool. We understand things get messed up from time to time. However, when we have to deal with this every other week it is more than just a little. We do not recommend you go with this company. Save yourself a ton of hassle and go with another pool company.

Once the project was started, was fast and done within a few days. Getting everything going did take a few weeks due to not hearing from the company back right away. Very nice guys! Pool was brown and now is a beautiful blue again! Appreciated their honesty and letting me know what was going on with my pool as they were there.

They called me right away and came out same day even though it meant working later into the evening. Grant was great and reassured me they could handle any problem I had as well as handle any upgrade I wanted. Brock showed up and walked me through a detailed explanation of my pool equipment and set up a schedule for regular service. I've never owned a pool before so I was nervous about the mechanics and ensuring safety. I feel much more confident now. I'd highly recommend them! Oh, and their pricing was excellent and all inclusive where other pool services upcharged for just about everything.

Paradigm is amazing! Grant and the team at Paradigm provide the highest quality work with unequaled customer service. We recently purchased our new home and the pool was in need of attention.
