Everything went wonderfully. All repairs were made as promised and the new roof is better than our old one. Cannot recommend highly enough. Kyle and Fernando were wonderful to deal with and very helpful and professional. This is a top notch roofing company and their customer service shows it.

Our house looks outstanding! The unique roofing we selected, Certainteed Carriage House, accents the architecture of our Victorian home beautifully. The crews did the job well, paying attention to details, and cleaned up like they were never there. Price was in line with other quotes I received. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Hats off to Kyle, Robert and the crew. Great job all around.

<p>I was looking for a roofer after the March 2016 storms. I contacted at least 20, many of whom did not even return my call. Jesus called me back right away and scheduled a time to come out and look at my roof. He gave me sample materials of the different options I had to replace my shingle with (none of the others did that). Many of the roofers refused to deal with me and said they only talk with the home insurance company. I'm sorry but I am the one living in the home and paying all involved parties, I refused to be left out. Jesus sympathized with my wishes from the beginning. He always dealt with me and never once contacted the insurance. He worked with me on budget, material needs, and even advised me on the cheapest option for an attic fan (resulting in him making less money). Jesus replied within the hour anytime I contacted him via email/phone/text. I am a high needs customer and want to understand every part of the process. This did not intimidate Jesus; if I had a question he had an answer. I feel like I know better how my home functions because of Jesus's willingness to provide information. The day finally came to do the work and it rained. This happened several more times. We set the date for 5/24 and it rained that morning. I was sure the job would be canceled again. But Jesus was out there with 12 men by 1pm (when the storm cleared) and they removed and replaced my roof in 7 hours. There were a few things that needed adjusting and Jesus came personally out on a Saturday morning to make the changes. I'm sure that resulted in him having less time with his family, just to make sure I was happy. I love my new roof and we have not had any problems with it. If you need a roof call these people. I had bids from three different companies from Angie's List and they were all within a few hundred dollars.  Bill from Paradigm spent time on the phone explaining the process and their services, then when he came out to see the roof, he talked over the different options and gave me his recommendation. <br /> They arrived on time at 7:00 am and completed the roof work by 1:30 pm.  They cleaned up completely and the roof looks great.  Bill was on site most of the time to verify the work was completed correctly. <br /> I would certainly recommend them and given the Texas weather, I will most likely have to replace the roof again before the warranty is out and Paradigm will be the first company I contact. <br /> <br /> <br />

Tony,was very professional, punctual and personable. He was there to inspect & make sure the job was done right. <br />We got 2 other bids and this was the middle price. More than that we felt we could trust him to get the job done and he did. <br />

They came out the same day that I called!   I was very impressed with their promptness.  They repaired the several shingles that were damaged by high winds and did a check of the rest of my roof to make sure it was all good.  They were very polite, professional, and personable.

He was on time, met our expectations and was on top of it completely. He really worked with us, and if we had any questions, he was there to answer. He also worked well with our insurance company.

I have been avoiding submitting a review due to mixed feelings regarding the re-roofing job. There are three areas this review addresses; customer service, price, installation and finished product. <br /> 1) The customer service at Paradigm was excellent. Tony, the owner, and Chris, the salesperson, were always available to answer questions and make recommendations. Once the roof was installed, I dealt with the office manager, Jennifer, who was also very helpful. <br /> 2)  Tony also bent over backwards to provide the most competitive pricing on my job. I wanted to use a higher quality, designer shingle and Tony really went the extra mile to provide the roof I wanted and to make the job affordable. He also gave me the additional time I required to pay the balance of my bill. <br /> 3)  The installation was problematic. Both Tony and Chris recommended a ridge-vent system over the traditional turbine system as the ridge-vent was suppose to be far superior. However, the ridge-vent system would only work in conjunction with the installation of additional soffit vents. I deferred to their expertise, even though the house had turbines, and agreed to the installation of the ridge-vent and twenty soffits. After the ridge-vent was cut out and installed, the crew realized that the installation of the soffits was impossible on my house. I was told that I no longer had the option of the turbines and the only remedy was to install a very expensive side vent shingle to provide the appropriate ventilation. As price was a factor, this was clearly not a viable option. I was told then that I should have enough air movement for proper ventilation. This directly contradicted Tony and Chris’s original statement – that the ridge-vent would not work without the installation of additional soffits. It simply did not make sense as I was told originally that I needed twenty soffits for proper ventilation. <br />      That was the first issue I had with the installation. The second was the look of the roof. It appeared to be wavy in several areas. This made the brand new roof look worn and aged. I was told that the appearance was due to the internal structure of my roof and how the original roof had been built. Tony said that he had never encountered a roof constructed like mine before. This sounded extremely odd. I own a home in the M-streets and my house is pretty much like every other cottage-house in the area. Almost every house in the area had to have its roof replaced due to the hail storm that occurred in the spring of 2012 and there were absolutely no new roofs that had a wavy, worn pattern like mine. I find it extremely hard to believe that my roof is different from all of the other houses in this neighborhood. Tony did send his crew out on several occasions to try to even the roof out, but there are still wavy patterns in two areas. Ultimately, I became frustrated and did not pursue the issue further.          <br />       The entire reason I chose a more expensive, designer shingle was to give my home a more beautiful exterior. Unfortunately, the roof appears wavy in some areas due to the shingle installation. Even though Paradigm Roofing was very friendly and willing to work with me on pricing and payment, I would not choose to use this company again due to the aesthetics of the finished product. I am giving the company a C rating due to the finished product. <br />

I talked to a number of roofing contractors and eventually went with Paradigm due to the referral from a coworker and the one on one discussion I had with Chris from Paradigm.   The experience with Paradigm was the first I have had with a contractor in decades where there were virtually no issues or complaints which can be very stressful to deal with.     It was actually a very informative,  and positive experience.     It was completely stress free and they handled all aspects beyond my expectations. <br /> Chris came out and did an evaluation of the house and created a detail quote with a number of options. I decided to go with two options:   Shingle upgrade and ridge vents with 20 more soffit vents.    They also repaired/replaced windows and gutters. <br /> An upgrade to impact resistant class 4 shingles, as Paradigm informed me, would result in a significant insurance premium reduction.  Turns out it will be a 20% savings.  The other benefit of the impact resistant shingles is they reduce the likely hood of needing replacement in the future and therefore saving the large deductible for each hail storm event.  It was a no-brainer... more than paid for itself. <br /> The additional soffit vents and ridge vents have greatly reduced my attic temperature.  I can actually feel the air flow in the attic where before it was stagnant.   We also noticed an immediate change in cooling for rooms that had long duct runs in the attic.   Previously they would not cool properly and now they do.  <br /> On the day for the roof work  Paradigm had a crew of over 20 people.     They did the work in one day!!!!   I did not have to worry about having a roof left unfinished and storms.   It was quite amazing how the roof replacement was executed.   Chris came out the next day too and did another walk around to double check the work. <br /> Chris also arranged for gutter and window replacement after the roof was finished.  They brought in people they trust and I didn't have to deal with more contractors.   Again no stress and excellent work. <br /> I had clear and constant communication from Chris on each step of the way and he came on site when work was done. <br /> It was a pleasure doing business with Chris/Paradigm and I most certainly will use them again for future work.

I had mixed emotions with those guys. We ordered something and it took them six months to do it. The original roof is fine but the guys to whom they sub-contracted the metal work were terrible. We had major roofing leaks and they left it open. They made it right but it took them for ever to do so. They were responsive once we got things going. The roofing is under a 30-year warranty with them.

After the May hail storm it took two trips from my insurance company to total the roof. I got quotes from two other roofing companies, and liked Tony's product best. It took a while to get the Bellaforte shingle by DeVince custom order in due to incompatencies by the distribitor. They took the metal roof off the dinning room and master bath areas on the first day it rained in three months. Tony was appologetic and made sure the wet sheetrock was replaced and repainted to our satisfaction. The new shingles were a new product from Devince that took the roofing crew one day to figure out how to get up to speed. The figured it out and had the roof on in three days. Tony was very good in making my wife and I very comfortable in the work being done. I do not hesitate in recommending Paradigm Roofing for roof replacement.

The company showed me great ways to lower my energy consumption prior to roofing and then added a system under the roof that would lower my utility bill. Already I notice the lower temperatures in my attic and I see my air condition working less. I will have to follow up on the over results in the future. The company was knowledgeable and absolutely the most professional construction company I have ever worked with. Even though Paradigm was not the cheapest bid in town I have know regrets and they were well worth the few extra dollars to have a piece of mind. I would highly recommend Paradigm Roofing to all my friends and family and they did such a great job that they will now do my other home.

The experience was very satisfying. Tony is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field, he took the time to explain the differences to me and why the differences in cost from one roof to another. I now have enough knowledge myself to understand the various types of roofs and the advantages. The job was timely and the crew was courteous and very respectful of my property. I have dealt with a few contractors in my life over the years but Paradigm Roofing was first class.
