Steve, who is the owner, did an exceptional job working to remove the stains from our 15 year-old carpet and our dog’s favorite chair. I had thought the carpet was a complete loss, but Steve worked incredibly hard to make sure the stains were gone and the carpet was as good as absolutely possible. I think we’ll be able to eek out a couple more years with the carpet after Steve performed his magic. Our dog’s favorite chair looks markedly better as well. He is courteous, trustworthy, and determined to produce great results. Five stars from me!
