They arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do then got to work.  They were efficient and professional. <br />

They were okay. I used them just once though. It was a one man operation and he got swamped. It was okay but I wouldn't use him again. The price was fine. He was quite professional.

It was okay. I might use it again but I have some other help.  <br /> They cleaned the house. I had the girl come back and she used a solution to clean my kitchen cabinets. They are an antiqued white wood and so, she did a good job. I have a lot of cabinets. I liked that part of it. They were good. They were hard workers. I am thinking about using them in the future.

They said they were finished after 3.5 hrs. They did a terrible job in ALL aspects. When questioned they said it was better then when they started. The workers were contracted by Paridise. When I called they reduced the priced from $300 to $150.and said to instruct The workers. They were were so bad I just wanted them out <br />

I called around March or April of 2013 and they suggested I schedule the date for June to avoid rain. We set a date and time for June.   I called to confirm the appointment and they never returned my calls and they did not show up for the arranged time.

Not very long.  My husband, the critical one, loved this guy.  He was very helpful about safety tips, carbon build up (house built 1991 - first chimney service)

I got no response from their phone or the email address, and their website was down. Needless to say, I got zip for $299.

Paradise Cleaning Services LLC had been coming in every two weeks but they just stopped. They left no telephone messages. I don't know what happened. I tried calling and e-mailing but I got no response at all. The work was excellent though. The price was okay and I didn't have a problem with that. I will give them an A in professionalism if they didn't disappear but now I'll give them a D.

used them for a whole house cleaning.  7 rooms were cleaned.  2 people came out to clean the house.  Did a great job.  Planning on selling the house.  Wife choose them.  Would recommend this company to neighbor and friends.  Doesn't remember the approxiate cost of the cleaning.  Were very professional and very much on time. Cleaning took 3-4 hours.

They had two people come out and split up, and I think if they worked together on the same window (outside and inside) they would have caught the streaks.  However, they didn’t so I had to call them back to come out again -- and it still didn’t work out perfectly.

I asked that they come on the early side as I had to go to work.  After waiting 1/12 hours, without even a phone call, I left.  I phoned their office, opens at 9, and left a message.

The deal did not work out as expected. I don't think I got what I paid for because they did not pay close attention to detail. I noticed things were not cleaned such as the tops of the blinds and the baseboards. Scheduling was easy and they were on time for the appointment, but I would not use their service again.

The work that they were able to complete was great, I just felt they didnt do enough.  It wasn't the cleaner's fault but the company.  They scheduled the workers to come quite late (about 5 p.m.) and they were unable to finish.  They informed me they could come back to do more but that it was an additional charge because I would be surpassing my time limit allowed for the Big Deal.

Our purchase was for a "$1200-value holiday cleaning" for $300 for our approximately 1550 sf home. The two cleaners were punctual, professional and, though not particularly detailed-oriented, hard-working and readily responsive to direction. On balance, the service provided amounted to merely your typical $300 service and, in most respects, nothing resembling what one should expect from a so-called "$1200-value holiday cleaning." | |With the exception of window-washing, the "$1200-value" service includes only routine tasks within the interior of the home and, then, not even all of those. Other than the window-washing, any task beyond a routine day's housecleaning incurred an additional fee. We were required to pay an extra $40 to have cleaned a small fridge kept in our garage that needed to be used for *holiday* meal prep. (And even after shelling out the additional $40 we discovered a week or so later that spillage accumulated at the bottom had not been touched). The cleaners were permitted to clean only the outside of a glass curio cabinet (neither the inside of the glass doors nor the shelving and items on them were included); neither did "holiday" cleaning include cleaning/polishing the wood entry door and brass fixtures. | |There were a few other slippery "exclusions" and areas of mild dissatisfaction, but the foregoing suffices to sum up our evaluation. In the end, our home was given a satisfactory--but exceedingly routine-- $300 cleaning...for a $340 price. A "holiday" cleaning it was by no means. A bargain is only a bargain if it lives up to its advertisement.

That service was a disaster. What happened was they did a no-show twice for me. Both times were during the time that I was preparing for an entertainment. I just had to get the service done in order to get the big deal. That exact same thing happened again. It was a tremendous difficulty for them to call me back. They did send out a crew. The crew did a good job when they were here. I would never ever hire them again. I didn't go over with the big deal.

First, they showed up at my home very late on the service day with only 2 crews instead of 3 or 4 as the Ad mentioned. Second, they did not do the job as the Ad described. Third, they only worked at half way and decide coming back another day, but could not get contact after multiple calls and texts since then.

The day of the service, the cleaning crew was stretched thin.  Although someone did show up it was at the very end of the time window.  He was thorough and soon 2 more individuals showed up and made quick work of the windows.  I was very pleased with the result.  Not only were the windows perfectly clean, the windowsills were clean too.  I would most definitely have them out again. <br />
