Very professional , patient and helpful salesperson walking me through the process of doing my patio. Then the scheduling was perfect, showed up on time; crew did excellent job and am VERY pleased with my patio. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a quality job.

Hired Paradise Concrete for a concrete job at my St. Petersburg home in January 2026. Multiple serious problems: The contract required the concrete be poured ?at proper elevation to correct grading issues.? An independent licensed Florida Professional Engineer inspected the work and confirmed in a report that the new concrete slopes toward my house instead of away. The opposite of what the contract required. Owner Mike Vigil stated in a text message that the grading was ?98% better? rather than corrected as the contract specified. The contract represented that Paradise Concrete ?holds all licenses necessary to perform the work.? I searched the Florida DBPR (myfloridalicense.com), Pinellas County, and Manatee County licensing portals. No active contractor license found at any level. I filed a formal complaint with DBPR. Per Florida Sunbiz, Paradise Concrete LLC was administratively dissolved at the time my contract was signed and was only reinstated one day later.

Paradise Concrete crew did an exceptionally great job. Joe listened to my every thought and concern and saw me through making my vision a reality. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike and crew showed up on time and transformed my space into a beautiful drive and patio area to enjoy for years to come. Its design and structure will support a carport soon making it even a more valuable space. The job was completed in one day and shows like artwork. Thanks to the entire crew for making this experience memorable.

Paradise showed up timely, crew was cooperative, worked hard, did good work, cleaned up afterwards, project looks great. Most pleased with result. The project consisted of new sidewalk and CMU wall stabilization.

Joe Hammer and his crew did an outstanding job on my concrete project. The added a circular driveway and parking pad to my existing driveway. Joe's communication skills are top notch, I was constantly kept abreast of the progress of the job. His workers were detail oriented and made sure job was done correctly! Great job!

I hired Paradise Concrete 9/2025 and paid for a permit to pour a second driveway at my home. Joe Hammer informed me that the permit was approved on 10/31 and they came out and tore out my existing rock driveway, the sidewalk and right of way. The city inspector came out the next day and informed me that the permit was not approved and was ultimately denied the following day. Paradise concrete did fix the sidewalk but never got back with me to put the soil and re-sod the right of way. And after multiple texts to Joe Hammer requesting the refund of my $3500 deposit I have gotten no response. I am having to go through my bank to see if they can help me and will soon be filing for small claims court. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

The boat slab they poured for me cracked with in 3 days after the second crack 5 days after now they growing bigger and wider apart. Called for warranty work been ghosted for 3 months and no results going to start law proceedings.

They fit me in on a tight deadline and delivered as promised. I highly recommend Joe and his crew!

Started ok just had to go back and forth about them pulling a permit. They didn?t want to. Finally permit was pulled took up existing driveway started pouring concrete in the rain as concrete was being poured Joe came to the door to say it was going to be an additional $1000 from original contract when job was measured 3 times. Also said they would rerun 2 downspouts at $100 a piece which we had to dig up and redo ourselves due to the pop up for them were sticking up about 8 inches ground gound level. 9 days after job was finished we already had 2 cracks and several duvets called Joe he came out and looked said we didn?t have to worry about the cracks and I told him about the pop ups weren?t properly done and he said that is not his forte he will be back the following week to fix the divets he claimed were from his foot prints walking on it and would help my husband dig up the spouts when he comes to fix the divers. Never showed or called. On job failed inspection now has 5 cracks

Paradise Concrete did a beautiful job on my driveway and walkway. Joe went above and beyond and really cares about doing good work. He scheduled it quickly and only took a few days to get it done. All his workers are friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend !

Paradise completed a great project from start to finish. The technicians were competent and the owner and project manager were there every day until completion.

Joe did an excellent job on my extension in my driveway and the patio in the back of my house. It was $5250. They did excellent work and they knew what they were doing and they were professionals so I would hire them again to do more concrete workI get them 10 stars cause they are excellent concrete workers and Joe. He is understandable, compassionate and he’s a funny guy. He has a perfect attitude about what he’s doing, and I liked working with him.

Joe and his team did a great job adding 800 sq ft of new driveway with a 20 ft culvert extension. I also had them come back at Joes recommendation to replaced the 2 cracked sections of the old driveway and a new stamped walkway to the front door. Joe was very good at communication and always gets back to you. I highly recommend Paradise concrete
