Everything went well. One of the best decisions I've made regarding upgrades or care to the home and long overdue. We are very pleased with the results where water flow from roof if better and gutters can now be free of leaf and pine needle debris so typical of our area.

We first looked into this service 6 months earlier, but the salesman missed our 1st scheduled appointment, and had difficulty setting up another appointment due to our busy schedules. We considered another company, but they were unable to keep their appointment too. When Paradise called us back and agreed to meet us later in the evening, we finally sat down with them a week later to get an estimate. After signing the contact to get the work done, we were told we should expect a call in a couple weeks to schedule the job. More then 3 weeks pasted and no call. So I called the salesman, and he said he would make a few calls and someone should be calling me back to schedule. One week later, still no call. I called him again, and he said, he would call me right back. He did not, and I working full-time didn't have time to keep calling them. However, the next day, I get a voicemail from the guy doing the job, and said he was on his way to my house to do the job that day. I called him back right away, stating I was unaware that he was coming and I and my husband would not be home all day. He said he could still complete the job, but would leave to paperwork for approval. I called the salesman as soon as I could, and he also was surprised that I was not notified of the date the service was being done. He agreed to meet me and my husband to go over the work and sign the approval papers when were going to be home. They did a great job and the gutter system is working very well, but the communication for scheduling the work and verifying was not satisfactory. We could have been out of town for a period of time.

Paradise Home Improvement did a very good job installing my insulation. The work crew was on time and very proficient. The supervisor came by my home to ensure the job was being done correctly. <br /> The crew was very professional. I did not have any issues with their work. <br />
